I had situation where I bought from them through the school and the time they delivered the orders to school my son was not at school due to class trip and I know school secretaries are extremely busy and handing out a hoodie is not a priority sometimes but when I emailed topcat printing about my order they looked it up and called school and found it for me. They didn’t have to do that but they did . They went above and beyond ! Great company and employees! Been getting there apparel for years and still going strong !
