I'm pleased to share an excellent experience with Pioneer in securing housing. The process is stressful and competition for houses is fierce; but Pioneer's Hannah W. was helpful, communicative, and clear in guiding us through the rental process. After working unsuccessfully with TriHomeLife and hitting roadblock after roadblock, we pivoted to Pioneer and got into an apartment less than two weeks later. I regret not going to Pioneer first. I strongly recommend going to Pioneer if you're looking for housing in Roseburg (i.e., us), Eugene, or really anywhere else in Oregon.

Despite being in another state and being a little anxious about my ability to find a place that suited my budget and my family, Hannah was prompt and extremely helpful with getting everything settled. It is because of her I can now relax and begin to focus on moving my family to Oregon. Thank you so much Hannah!!

I had been searching for a new home in Eugene for over a year now and it has been a nightmare. Thanks in particular to Hannah, getting a place was quick and smooth. When someone ahead in line was approved for a home we applied for, they refunded our application fee. On our second application, we went from application to signed lease in 3 business days. Hannah was very respectful and quick to respond to all our questions and concerns. They were clear and upfront with move in criteria and didn't try to tack on any additional deposit or fees. Very professional and easy to work with.

I recently moved to Roseburg and Pioneer has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. The application process was simple and easy to navigate. They communicate very quickly and I received approval faster than I expected. The house was incredibly clean when I moved in and renovated nicely. They allowed my dog and get on maintenance requests immediately. The handymen are so nice too. When we got locked out they came right away after hours. We are so grateful for Pioneer’s service. They are the best rental management company I have ever experienced. I recommend them to everyone!

TJ and the others at Pioneer are fantastic property managers, and we only wish that we had known about them when we started renting out our property to begin with. We had trouble with our previous PM (and the one before that), who were both nice, but did not get us very good tenants.

The last set were a nightmare (damaged the property to the tune of $40K), but TJ and the team at Pioneer made getting rid of them a breeze (and if you've ever tried to get rid of bad tenants, you know that is no small feat!). Then, they managed the repairs for us, and found us wonderful new tenants afterwards. The kind of tenants one would hope you could have.

Pioneer were always right on the spot if something needed to be repaired, and never once late or delayed with getting us the rent. What is more, they worked with us!

Honestly? They took the worry out of being a landlord.

We have lived in a lovely rental home for 1.5 years. First time renting in many decades. I hear horror stories of bad rental companies. This has been the opposite for us. Pioneer management responds to online requests for issues,and needs within 24-48 hours. If there was an emergency, I have no doubt they would respond more quickly. I have found Sharon wonderful to work with every time we speak and when she comes in person to do the 6 months check ins. We sit and talk about household stuff. I recommend Pioneer management with no hesitation.

Hannah from management has been an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the leasing process. She answered every question we had, and made it very easy for us. Maintenence is super nice too and prompt to fix the couple small problems we have had. We highly recommend Pioneer Management!

Pioneer was very friendly and easy to work with ! Always quick to respond rentals are always incredibly clean! l've rented from them twice now both times I've received my deposit back. I feel they were always fair and honest with me. I also appreciated be able to pay my rent online !!!! Very painless. They are my go to property managers. I recommend them to owners and tenants whenever I have the chance .

I have rented three properties from Pioneer over the last 7 years. From finding a home on their website, filling out the application online, paying rent online to moving in and moving out, it has always been such a seem-less and hassle free experience. We have rented from Pioneer for over four years and they have been wonderful. They are nice and easy to work with. If you ever need maintenance done you can submit a maintenance request online and they promptly reach out to you and get the problem fixed. Paying rent can easily be done online as well. I would highly suggest renting through them.

Pioneer Management managed my rental property for over 3 years and took excellent care of both me and my renter. The yearly inspection with video is such a great service and gives valuable peace of mind, since I know that my property is being well cared for. The online access to invoices, statements, and the yearly report made filing taxes a breeze and made my own out-of-state "management" stress-free. 5/5 will absolutely use this service if I ever own rental property again.

Was recently looking for apartments but unfortunately had to drop out due health complications within the family. While going through the application and approval process we were very lucky to work with an employee by the name of Hannah, she was very professional and patient and gave us every opportunity that she was allowed to make sure we received the best experience possible, id highly recommend requesting her to work with if you apply through pioneer management.
