Hirlinger Chevrolet

Went to Hirlinger to check on a car I saw on the internet. The sales rep, Andrew, came out to see what we needed. The car in question had just been sold. Andrew showed us a car that was comparable to the one that was sold. No pressure from him to buy. Very comfortable talking to him. We decided to purchase the car. Everyone was helpful in making the purchase as painless as possible. Would defiantly visit for any future purchases.

The entire team was very friendly and welcoming. John, the finance manager, welcomed me upon arrival. I then met the owner. My salesman, Andrew, was assisting another guest, and greeted me as soon as he was finished helping them. The negotiations were handled prior to arrival so when I got to the dealership, the in person delivery was seamless and enjoyable. I've purchased many vehicles and this experience was one of the best!

After stopping at 6 different dealerships (2 other Chevy Dealers) we were kind of burnt out.
The salesperson Andrew was great. No pressure the whole sales team was spectacular.

I'm very happy with the service I received while purchasing a new vehicle. It was very friendly and personable all the while providing me with the actual out the door numbers with no pressure at all. To be honest, I didn't meet Steve, my sales rep, until I went to sign the paperwork as we had done the deal basically over calls and texts. The final number matched exactly what I had been quoted earlier in the week with zero pressure to add *extra* coverages etc.

At all levels, every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to make my first car buying experience smooth.

I had a emergency situation where my tire popped and my wheel was bent they got my car in with no appointment got the damaged wheel replaced all 4 tire changed at my request and informed me of the need of a coolant flush due to the age of my car and got all of it done within 2 days. And got me back on the road I couldn't be happier with the amazing service I received.

Go to Hirlinger Chevrolet where honesty, respect, and integrity still exist! Ask for salesman Steve Genetti. He will treat you right. You will never feel rushed or pressured. Steve even helped me enroll in the GM Educator Appreciation Program to receive a $500 rebate. It was a 10 out of 10 experience at Hirlinger Chevrolet.

Probably the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Randy and Andrew were so helpful, and absolutely NO pressure or games of any sort.
