I've been a customer for years. Friendly staff, clean storage area. Easy access and good rates.

We were very happy storing our stuff here for several years. The staff are very helpful and all our stuff was secure. We were even surprised at how little dust there was on our things when we came to get them. I'd recommend them.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Well maintained and set up storage facilities with good security practices. Friendly onsite maintenance gentleman who provided me with a helpful orientation tour.

I needed a small unit for some short-term storage. Fairhaven Self Storage was easy, clean, convenient, and helpful. It was easy to terminate my rental at the end. The staff were friendly as well.

I left my car for a couple months at this storage facility while on a hiking trip, and had a great experience. The employees there were very kind and helpful. In fact, when I showed up looking for a place to park long term and there weren't any available, they made one on the spot by spray painting a new number in the parking lot for me. I would recommend this place.

Edit #2: Sooooo...... because of the great price compared to other companies I decided to try one last time. What happened was it was taken over by a new company. The new office ladies are so nice & sweet :) they were very professional and super helpful!!! They waved the administration fee for my troubles..... The property is just as clean and nice as before!! They are even building a new office building. I am so very glad I tried one last time!!

Edit #1: I have been trying to get on the list for summer rentals since the 1st!!! Yesterday someone FINALLY answered the phone & was pretty rude and informed me that she didn't know anything about a list (she's new and doesn't do lists)& that since she couldn't find me in her system, that I hadn't been transferred over to the new system so I would have to repay the admin fee ... This would have my 3rd time renting from here... They used to be nice, helpful, return phone calls, and be open during business hours. Whatever changes they have made just cost them my business AND all the people I refer from school.
Original: I rented from Fairhaven Storage last summer and had a great experience! I made a reservation that was available for me to move-in the day I set up, I repaid till Fall term started & never a had a single problem!!! It is very secure, clean and nice employees!!! I had such a good experience that I already made my reservation for this summer!!! Thank you so much for making summers away zero stress for me :)

Great experience at Fairhaven storage. The place is well kept and in a very good location for me. I needed to rent a truck and Michelle was right on top of the solution as they have a uhaul that was available at that time. She was very helpful and took time to answer all my questions . They have packing supplies and locks so you can get just about everything you need for storage right there. The customer service was great. Thank you Michelle!

I would highly recommend this place! Overall great experience. The gentleman who assisted me was professional, friendly and had a good sense of humor. Was very patient with me and didn't make me feel rushed in making a decision in the size of storage I needed. This place is a clean and well secured storage. Thankful I chose to do my business here

I needed a safe clean place to store my items for three months and was very pleasantly surprised to put my stuff here. The facility is well maintained, nice location, friendly staff and ease of in-and-out privilege. It's also very secure. I highly recommend it.

Michelle Simms at Fairhaven Self Storage made the entire process, from signing up to moving in, really easy. The facility is gorgeous. Clean. Tidy. The instructions are posted clearly and there is a hand cart available to move in bulk items. The neighborhood is well situated with easy parking. Finally, the price is right. I am so glad I found Fairhaven Self Storage!

I had recently had the opportunity to stop by fairhaven and take a look.I would say its a very well kept facility. I will most likely be renting a unit in March here. The staff was very informative about the surrounding area which was very helpful.I do love the location also its tucked back away from main street and should have no problem unloading or loading here. All around great place.

Staff is awesome and they take the time to answers all of your questions. Its great that they now have Uhual moving truck on site. The location is perfect and all the updates they have done is a great improvement. I would highly recommend using this company.
