Dr. Neil S. Hill, Do

Dr Hill is a very caring, attentive doctor. He listens and responds to my needs. His nurse, Jackie, is amazing also. She does whatever she can to help with patient care. The wait time is very short. I never feel rushed at my appointments. I would highly recommend Dr Hill to anyone. He is so knowledgeable and always has my best interest at heart.

Dr. Hill listens to me. I am a complex person, and require complex care. His staff are friendly. Wait times are very low. He gives great fatherly like advice whenever I have issues I’m not sure how to handle. Just having a doctor that truly hears you make all the difference in the world.

Terrible practice! Dr. Hill took me off of my medications without notice or reason. I’d been on these medications for over 10 years so I experienced extreme withdrawal symptoms. Another complaint I have is when the nurse that is over the pre-authorizations lied to me saying my insurance refused to pay for a medication. I immediately contacted my insurance company and they had no idea what I was talking about. That nurse hadn’t even submitted the pre-authorization request they told me! She blatantly lied to me just to avoid having to do the work! I immediately switched to a Dr that cares more about my well-being.

Terrible
