The office ladies are very welcoming easy to talk to. Roz is the one I work with mostly. Fact she was the one that took my account when I transferred from security finance.
I like being able to use the auto pay so I don't accidentally forget to make a payment which could happen.
I like being paperless,having things come to my email so that way I'm sure not to miss anything.
When I had to change my card number I went to the office and took about 15 minutes, and then we also reset my auto pay at the same time. Very easy done.
I give World Finance five stars!

Rose is amazing!! I had to take my crazy 2 yr old who ran all around the place until I was done. She was patient and very kind. Esme came a little later but she was awesome and kind to my crazy boy too. 2 thumbs way up!!
