French Lick Springs Villa

Rooms are huge and comfortable, but very dated. If you go with this expectation, you won’t be dissatisfied.

Pool and grounds were clean. Close to the Casino, a few restaurants and shopping. Close to the train station if you are going for the Polar Express.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. We will be back next year to ride the Polar Express again.

BEAUTIFUL, updated villa #32 from 9/30-10/7/23! Pics featured on the site match our villa! Hosts and housekeeping are phenomenal. The entire area is quiet and inviting vs our over built, crowded, loud and encroaching city. Boating on Patoka Lake is a must---Ashley and Morgan are AWESOME hosts!! Nila's, El Compadre, Power Plant are DELICIOUS locals. DEFINITELY will keep this vacation as a FIRST CHOICE!!!

Oh, our home away from home. We own a timeshare here, and visit for a week every year.
Our kids have such wonderful memories of this place and one day their kids can come continue the tradition.
We love our townhouse there. It's always clean when we get there. It is a little dated, but we don't even notice.

We have a timeshare here and come almost every year. We love the open condos which have saunas and a jetbath. There are so many attractions near the villas including the French Lick Resort, wineries, putputt, Big Splash Adventure and great restaurants. Great for both families and romantic getaways.

This place was GREAT! Absolutely LOVED the large rooms. Enjoyed all of the wildlife! Some of the furniture was dated, but that did not bother us. Because of Covid 19, we were unable to use the facilities @ French Lick Hotel (just below our Villas). But there is a very nice pool, hot tub & fitness room located next to the check in office. This buildings roof opens to allow in more sunshine and warmth if they choose, or possibly to release heat if too hot inside.

Our room had 2 bedroom and 2 baths. The downstairs one came complete with a very large hot tub and private sauna. But the downstairs shower was very tiny. (Hard to take a shower without banging your elbows.) There was a complete kitchen and dining area, plus a breakfast bar area. The family room had a 2 story fireplace and included logs if you wanted.

Both bedrooms were upstairs. One room included a king size bed and the other had 2 twin beds. There were also 2 pull out couches that could sleep 4 more. Upstairs had a loft area, with a full balcony. Another deck was downstairs, with tables and chairs included on both. There was a washer and dryer with laundry soap included.

I would love to return. Would like to see some of the area that was closed due to Covid 19. This was our first time to French Lick/ West Baden and we were surprised to see just how small the surrounding area is. Again - LOVED IT!!!

Nice, usually clean (depending on who was staying there last), and fits a ton of people as long as you bring extra bedding such as cots and air mattresses.

My family has had a couple of villas for 35 years and we enjoy getting away and staying at French Lick Springs Villas. There is so much to do in French Lick now. Winter time you can also enjoy a nice fire in the fireplace in your spacious villa. Every season is full of fun swimming in their indoor/outdoor pool. What's not to love?

Love, love, love French Lick!! My 10 year olds favorite vacation spot. Yes, he has traveled all over United States. We go horse back riding, laser tag, ice cream shop, hot tub and swimming!! Great area to come and decompress. There is a casino as well, for those gamblers!!

Love French Lick Villas! We come almost every year for vacation and it truly is a home way from home. Everything is well maintained. There's access to swimming pools and exercise facilities. Very calm, laid back atmosphere. TONS to do nearby.

Built in the 70s, you'll notice some units are not updated, but the views are great. It's up the hill, above the resort, so the lights in town are a nice view. Lots of wildlife around too!

My home time share resort. When you sign in at desk you will receive a privilege card from French Lick hotel, for access and discounts.
Buildings 1,2,and 3 are closest and you will be able to walk to hotel and casino. The hotel transport system is available for use (privilege card) and can get you to West Baden resort and several golf courses (restaurants).
Downtown is an easy walk, for restaurants and museums plus retail shopping.
Villas are dated but well kept. Go to the orientation, some tips and coupons are usually available plus door prizes.

Best stay ever!!!!! This place is extremely nice a little pricey but its really nice amd worth every penny. Like they say you get what you pay for. Cant wait til i get to come back next year. Best place ever lots to do with the kiddos and lots of wildlife rig mg t outside the door. If you plan on a vacation this place is awesome.

Great location with beautiful views. The villas were clean and very quiet. You are off the main street so you won't have any traffic, just other guests.

Nice location. Very clean with plenty of room for 2 adults. We will return to the Villa's.

Legends have followed us for over 25 years at French Lick. Love the place the history, villa, and wildlife. Everyone needs to experience this place once in their life time.

This is our home resort. We have been coming here for over 30 years. Very relaxing with lots to do. There are 2 bedroom units that will sleep 8 people that have all the amenities.

Love it! Its quiet, clean and gives you that home away from feeling not to mention, the discretion and privacy. I highly recommend staying here while visiting.

Check in was easy. Room is nice. Good internet reception. Feels secluded and there are deer wandering the grounds.

I've never stayed there, but my wife works there and says they are nice rooms. Plus my wife says the workers are friendly.

Very convenient... come and go as you please. Sauna and hot tub... sleeps 6 easily
