I am an existing customer with ISU. Was recently rear ended in a crash. Called ISU to see what steps I needed to take for processing info. However, when I called,a lady named Leslie answered phone. When asking her questions about " MY" account, she was very rude and snappy. May I suggest that Leslie get a job that doesn't consist of dealing with the public. and or. ISU have better hiring policy and procedures.. Apparently the manager "Kirk" is so busy, that he's not able to speak on the phone.. So Kirk, apparently you're not aware of the circus. I would say that I'm the clown since I pay for your crappy service. Which will soon be past tense.
