Best Western Ponderosa Lodge

This is by far the nicest Best Western I have ever stayed in! We got upgraded to a lovely suite with a jacuzzi tub and a fireplace. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. We could watch the alpacas roam from the comfort of our room. The catered breakfast was delicious! The surroundings were so peaceful and quiet. We loved how dog friendly they are and the location is just a short walk to town on nice paved walking/biking paths. If we ever come back to Sisters, we would definitely stay here again!

This is the cutest little best western ever! They are pet friendly, which is awesome. We got to go to the hot tub while it was snowing and that was awesome. The alpacas were very cool. The property itself is just so beautiful. Very conveniently located close to everything in town too. This place is great!

I am a central Oregon local for years I have wanted to stay here. Today I do it for convenience. But the hotel is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. It’s immaculate and the bed is comfortable and the hotel is quiet. With a great view of the pasture out front. I am so thrilled!

We stood in the king-bed with room huge bed, beautiful sofa, log table with chairs very very spacious and ADA-accessible.

We only had one issue with the room above us had kids wrestling, jumping, and running around so around 12:30 AM I had enough and called the front desk and they agreed it was way too late for that, and within minutes there was no more noise.
Definitely will stop by again when we come back up.
one thing maybe a list of local restaurants would be nice.

Our room was very spacious and the beds were great. The continental breakfast was the best. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pet friendly so we were able to bring our huge dog. We will definitely stay here again!

This was an added night to our family trip. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We loved being able to enjoy the neighboring alpacas and the deer visiting during breakfast were an added bonus. My girls loved it and I'd love to stay again when in the area.

This was the cheapest place that came up for the time I was planning on being in Sisters and even though to me it was expensive I figured since it was the cheapest place that it wouldn’t be nice at all. Boy was I wrong! This place is definitely worth the money 100%. The grounds are so nice and well kept up, expansive greenery with lots of trees and a rescue alpaca farm on site! There is also a family of deer on the property that hang out as well which was so cool to see up close. There were baby alpacas and deer when we were there and we would just sit and watch them prance around. It was adorable. They also have a pool and a hot tub outdoors they keep very nice and the pool is even open until 10PM which I was impressed with. AND they even have free breakfast in the morning as well which I’ve noticed a lot of hotels are no longer doing. The rooms are nice and you will even have a balcony and a little fridge too. The fridge I noticed does make some noise and the AC is loud too but those aren’t big things. Overall VERY happy with my stay and would absolutely come here again.

Super clean and large room! When I’m back in the area this will be the only place I’ll stay!!! I had a pet friendly room that was on the ground floor. Super quiet couldn’t hear the guest beside us or even above us. It was a perfect room for my family and my fur baby.

Love this place. We actually live in Sisters, but had to find a place to stay for a night while some work was being done where we live. Our family friends stay here every time they visit, so we knew exactly where to go. It's always comfortable, clean, quaint, very reasonably priced, easy to walk to town, and, well, the alpacas. C'mon! Who doesn't love those floofs? Definitely the only place to stay when visiting Sisters. Heck, even a perfect sanctuary for your stay no matter where in Central Oregon you are visiting.

If you have dogs or children like us the lower floor would be great to have a patio right on the grass to run and play or walk straight out to the gated pool!
We were lucky to get a room last minute here and I’m so glad we did. The grounds are beautiful and the town is so adorable!
They did a great job with the lodge style updates, larger rooms, delicious breakfast buffet, and lovely pool/spa area which was enjoyable on the hot July day we stayed.
We would have stayed longer if our road trip permitted.

Room was clean, customer service was fantastic, the scenery is amazing, the room itself felt more like a small house than a hotel room. stayed in the king suite on the bottom floor, back patio with chairs and a table wildlife and forestry. fantastic bathroom and shower setup with the jacuzzi tub. Would absolutely stay here anytime I'm in sisters.

The grounds are beautiful and so relaxing, and yet so close to everything. We love this place and often see deer running around the property. Not to mention the adorable alpacas! So many place on the property to walk around and explore! We have stayed multiple times and will again!

We had one of the jacuzzi rooms and it was absolutely the best hotel experience we have had. There are alpacas and deer on the property and the rooms are phenomenal. 100% will be coming back here.

The gentleman working the evening shift at the front desk was exceptionally friendly. The grounds are kept beautifully. The parking spaces are actually wide enough for pickups to load and unload using the passenger doors! The room was immaculate and spacious. Although the hotel was fully booked, it was still quiet. The breakfast was surprisingly good compared to other hotels.

Great place to stay in Sisters. The property is clean and inviting. There are alpacas that live in a fenced area and are fun to watch. The rooms are spacious with lots of natural wood features which we enjoyed. Greatly appreciated that there is a sink in the bathroom and another in the closet area. Will definitely stay again.

If you have a dog it has great grounds to walk them. It's also great for kids. The Alpacas are so cute. Breakfast was great. Deer also visit property.

We stayed at this Best Western and really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet with a beautiful view of the trees and the alpacas. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. I would stay at this location again in the future😎

Very pretty setting among the Ponderosa pines with alpacas out front. Our second floor room was big and very clean but perhaps a bit dark. We liked the complimentary breakfast with the opportunity to sit outside, the guest laundry and the swimmingpool as it was very hot during our two night stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only downside was the very busy road right in front of the lodge. Being from Denmark I would say that it was an easy and quite pretty walk from the lodge into town. One of the only hotels where housekeeping actually cleaned the room and made our beds during our stay.

Allowed a past checkout cancellation on day 2 of a 3 day stay. a scenario where you’d almost always get charged for the second night. Awesome service.
