I met the owner, Judy, who had lived and worked there all her life. Very interesting stories. Wonderful place! Great prices! Had a deli and makes fresh made to order sandwiches.

Such a cool place and the woman that we met, one of the owners, was a hoot and had some great stories. This place is a gem and we are so glad that we decided to go out of our way to visit. It was one of the highlights of our mini vacation. Wish I would have taken some pics. Lots of history there.

Nice, friendly country store. Reasonably priced sandwiches made to order while you wait. You can fuel up your car and they have a post office as well.

Because of the archabbey, St. Meinrad, along with Harrison Township, is assigned to the Archdiocese of Indianapolis.
