I came in when my wires got torn, and they were able to get me in at the last second and work on my vehicle while the owner let me sit inside with all 3 of my dogs. They were a life saver, especially when I still had 10hrs of driving left.

While driving from OH to MO I had a leaky tire and stopped at this exit to get air. I realized the valve stem had a bad leak. I had happened to see Jordan's while driving through town. I drove over and explained my situation. They looked very busy and I wasn't hopeful they would get me in that day. Not only did they get me in that day but fixed my valve stem, checked the rest of the tire and had me on my way within 2 hours. Very reasonably priced as well. So thankful I stumbled upon this place. I was able to continue my trip without incident! Thank you!

Best Place to beak down! Easily over 5 ⭐ Service. They weren’t even open when my truck broke down on an 8 hr drive. They happened to be nearby outside open hours and offered to take my keys and help me out. When I came back to pick it up, the cost was far less than I expected and since the rental car co offered no assistance in rides, they even went over and above to get me back to my truck and back on the road. What could have been a HUGE hassle was much easier with these guys. I had to trust them being from out of state, and they never took advantage but offered a helping hand. Hand down best experience with car care I’ve ever had. Thank you!

My tire blew out real early, this rainy morning and we could not get the lug nuts off. He got us a very kind, efficient and fair-priced towing service (Seniours-Thank you!) They switched out the bad tire and we were on our way in less than one hour!! Remarkable service!! & very low cost!! Thank you!!

The fine folks at Jordan's Car Care are angels masquerading as mechanics! On our move from Vermont to California we broke down in what seemed like the middle of nowhere, but the moment we walked into Jordan's and met Ryan we knew our van was in safe hands. The team there worked tirelessly to find the parts we needed (they were difficult to track down) and went above and beyond to get us back on the road safely and quickly. While we were there they treated us like family and turned what could have been a harrowing experience into THE. BEST. experience we have ever had with a mechanic.

I was recently in Cloverdale on business, stuck there longer than planned and desperately needed an oil change. Being from Pittsburgh and having a long drive back home, I decided it was best to get it done on a Saturday while I was stuck in the area. Although they don’t normally take walk in, on the spot oil changes, Ryan was great and accommodated me. My whole experience was awesome. I was able to drive home the 6 1/2 hours without worry!!

Cory and Ryan were AMAZING! My car broke down on the side of the road five hours away from home. Not only did they get my family and me back to their shop but they rushed to get my fuel pump fixed. I can't say enough about the customer service and the experience we had here. AWESOME GROUP OF GUYS!!

5 stars isn’t enough to justify how grateful I am!!! They went above and beyond for a random stranded motorist. My car broke down on a Sunday when no mechanic shop was open and there still was someone who took my name and number and checked the car out. They put me at the top of the list for the Monday morning and within an hour I was back on the road. Best customer service and just atmosphere from a shop that I have ever seen! If you break down here you are in amazing hands.

We're a big military family moving across the country with multiple vehicles. Our car's oil light came on and we stopped here after 5pm tonight. It's a Friday night and the guy working came out immediately, checked our vehicle, added oil, and didn't even charge for the oil or to check things out for us. We were impressed!

Great customer service. My trailer broke down while traveling cross country. It was late on a Friday night and these guys went right to work and got me back on the road in less than an hour.

We were on our way back home when my car decided to throw a fit. We happened to be right by so we pulled in. Excellent customer service. Very down to earth guy went out of his way to get us fixed up quickly and for a reasonable price. Extremely thankful I stumbled upon this place.

I would give this place 100 stars if I could. My car overheated an hour from home. They looked at it immediately, ordered the part, and did quality work in under 2 hours. They were so friendly and helpful. The fix was relatively cheap. This might be the best mechanic I've been to.

I was traveling through, around closing time, when my truck started going haywire. They were able to take a quick look at my truck and show me what codes were going crazy. I wasn't able to get it fixed that night because the part stores were closed, but I appreciate him checking out out and giving me some peace of mind as I hopped back on the road.

These guys helped us out when nobody else would.
We were traveling home to Pennsylvania with 3 horses on a trailer, when we had tire trouble with the trailer. Everyone else we called either didn’t answer, or they were closed. The guys at Jordan’s dropped everything they were doing to get us up and rolling again, and we can’t thank them enough!
If you’re in Cloverdale and need your vehicle checked out, these guys should be your number one choice.

Ryan saved the day! I was going West on Hwy 70 when my tire pressure warning light came on. At the next exit I got off the highway and limped my way into Jordan's Car Care's parking lot. By that time my tire was nearly flat. It was 15 minutes before closing time. Regardless, Ryan dropped everything he was doing, fixed my tire, and got me back on the highway. I would give Ryan 6 stars if I could!

We broke the serpentine belt in our van on the way to my son's wedding weekend. Were able to make it to Jordan's. He took care of us right away and for a good price. He really helped us out.

Driving through from Maryland and had a flat. They were able to repair the tire and get me back on the road without too much of a delay! Very happy with the service and price.

With a bunch of dead bugs from traveling, this car wash did great in one wash. Best car wash.

I was in the area for a student conference and we had a flat tire on the school van. Stopped by Jordan's car care early on a Thursday morning and they were extremely friendly, accommodating and professional. Thanks for the great service !
