Everyone was very kind. The young lady that helped us was the sweetest! She was knowledgeable and made sure to answer questions and help with everything! Best customer experience I have had at a place! I even went and bought donuts for the store after leaving due to such a wonderful experience. The lady was named Grace and she was awesome!

Travis at Burkhardt was amazing. Didn't even wait 1 second to greet me as I came in the door. Full focus was helping me with what I needed. You better keep him around, he may be the reason we stay with AT&T!!

Kenny did an excellent job of replacing my glass screen protector with a lifetime warranty. He was very efficient and carefully replaced the screen protector. He is a real asset to your store!

We’ve been having a problem with first net. Their customer service is garbage. Everyone at this location has been helpful and accommodating! We’re going on an hour of customer service transfers, but the stores vibes are impeccable

Very helpful and super informative and understanding workers! Lots of space to sit down if they're busy as well. Brett definitely helped me out a bunch, and I'm very appreciative of him! Helped me choose the right new phone and tried his best to help get me what i wanted. :)

Great experience at the AT&T store on Burkhardt in Evansville In. Ashland was awesome. Great customer service and very knowledgeable.

My salesperson (Jerry) was very kind and knowledgeable (and a great salesperson). The manager Jessa went ABOVE and beyond to help me get set up (and my eligibility accepted) for First Net. She continued working on a complication we had with First Net even after I left the store! She educated me on how to use, and even drove to another location to pick up the IPad Air that was not in stock at her store. I was a retail sales manager for years... and if I still was in the business, I would be recruiting Jessa! It was a very good experience.

I walked in and immediately was approached with help. The young lady was so friendly, helpful and nice. She got everything set up for
me, not being very tech savvy myself. It was a quick and pleasant experience !
Her name was Jordan.

I have high-speed fiber optic internet, 3 phone lines, and an Ipad Pro that is a bundle deal through this establishment. My internet is cheap at $40 per month for 300GB. I do a lot of business with them and am happy about their great customer service. I highly recommend this store and AT&T for all your cellular needs. Customer service over the phone needs a little improvement because it is difficult to get a live person to talk to but other than that I have had good service. I will continue to patronize this establishment. I am about to upgrade my phone, which is already paid off.

If you go here, be sure to ask for Jerry. He's the silver haired guy that's working his butt off while everyone else watches. He likely held the door open for you while you came in, unless he was already busy with a customer. Seriously the BEST customer service we've received in a long time anywhere. He talks of retiring, hope not because he's the best at&t tech in the city!!

Marti is the best ever! She assisted me on my last phone to change everything over. It took a while because of a glitch but it was the best customer service I’ve ever received. She put my screen protector on my new phone without me even asking. She also assisted me in an amazing charger for my Cakery so I can just lay my phone on it and not have to plug it in all the time. It’s much easier to grab the phone and answer it this way. I’ll hopefully be in for another charger soon and a new screen protector before vacation. I’ll definitely ask for Marti again. She’s always so happy and smiles. That makes you want to come back.

Jordan was awesome! I didn’t even go in there for anything. I was with my brother who was upgrading his phone. I had a simple question about my screen protector, and she replaced it under warranty. I wasn’t expecting that, just asking a simple question. An absolute peach! If and when I have to go back, will definitely be asking for her! Thanks again!
