Corey was Amazing! Checking in many times after my inquiry. While I was attempting to get an issue resolved. A not able to get my SUV to him to check out for a start in the buying process to begin trade in. On next purchased.

I was so excited that I got my 2016 Subaru, Subaru Forest……. lol. They help me just in time becuse my brakes went out on my car. I went in for an oil change. The man asked me if I had any issues with the car, I told him the battery saver signal came on a few times. He said I might need a new battery after they did the oil change they said my car was done And I did not need a battery because it was 80%. That was a pleasant surprise for me honest people all around.

I've purchased 4 vehicles from here, and my go to sales guy is Corey Vasquez. Hes always been more of a friend then a salesman since I met him when I first purchased from here. I was a little upset with how my trade was appraised on my current truck. The GM reached out to me. Having spoke with him I may try and go in and make a deal. Unfortunately the economy, unreasonable prices, and interest rates make it very hard for anyone to go purchase a new Truck. Ultimately it's good relationships between the customer and dealer that keep them thriving. Sometimes making a deal where they lose is still a win because it's about far more just selling the vehicle. I ultimately hope I am able to go in and work a deal soon and keep purchasing. It's more than just a dealership for me, it's my dealership. It's my one stop for anything I need for my vehicle. I recommend D-Patrick over any of the other dealers in the area.

We had a mishap on US 41 south in Evansville, IN. We hit a pothole that blew out our tire in our honda Accord. Pulled into the Ford dealership as it was closest to the hole we hit. While they couldn’t fix our Honda issue, they were more than helpful with local information and made us feel very welcome and accommodating to me and my wife. I appreciate the pleasant staff helping out someone who was not there to purchase a new car or get ours serviced, but because we were stranded and was not from here. Every staff member we ran into while there was so nice and offered us use of their facilities or if we needed beverages or any other assistance. Thank you very much.
