Best Buy

This store is clean, the staff is great, and I love electronics. 😁 They have plenty of parking. Plenty of handicap spaces. And it is located around plenty of other stores and restaurants.

So I went to get a graphics card and ended up with a $4000 best buy card that I can use anywhere Visa is accepted and not just at best buy. Also bought a gaming PC for a really great price! Great experience!

I didn't find what I wanted but the two young men working in the Electronics Department were so kind and helpful! Refreshing change from the lack of customer service in a lot of stores these days!! Appreciated it so much!!

My wife and I stopped in to look at new refrigerators. We were really impressed with all the different models and how many had power to them. We were researching what we liked and what felt right. No one asked if we needed help, but that was fine. With there big selection, I would order from here.

The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful in the TV area. I told him I was on their website earlier and had narrowed my selection to 3 of them. He told me the pros and cons of each one. I asked him if he were buying one of them, which one would he want. He told me the same one that I already had planned on buying anyway. That just helped me to know that I was making a good decision.

Very knowledgeable associates! Super friendly too. Would most definitely recommend for anything tech and they have appliances too!

The place looked great. It was clean and great prices on everything I looked at. We picked up an online order and was very quick and easy. P.S. the bathroom was nice too.

Return ok but never get my money back with the new style of returns. $20.35 I think. My bank knows nothing of it. And this is my 2nd time. Doing about the same thing.

I went in here to find an external DVD drive. The one that was shown to me, and I took up front to buy was priced much more than what the price said as to where it was sitting. It was sitting in the wrong spot. The associate scanned the barcode and found that there were seven in stock, so he went in the back to look. He came out and said they were not back there, so he asked another co-worker, who asked another co-worker, and we then had about five workers, myself and I think a random customer on a scavenger hunt around the store the store looking for this drive I really needed. I was in a bit of a hurry, but I really needed it as I needed to make a video for my Aunt's Funeral of home video's we had on VHS that were burned onto DVD's and my desktop just wasn't cooperating and I just had to get this done. I can't thank these boys enough for the time they took hunting this down, the patience they had, and I did not go into detail with them why I needed it so badly, so they looked and found it because they were just great employees, not because they knew or felt bad for me or my situation. I went in on 07/07/2023.

Only suggestion if you are looking for an open box at a certain store it could be easier to locate on website. They have been able to beat other store prices on many items. My go to for electronics, media and appliances

It was a good experience especially when the employee said he was going to look for a specific TV and really kept looking and looking and not giving up, unfortunately it was not found but we still got a good $100 TV and a $15 discount. I bought earphones with the discount and I lost them :(

Good no nevermind it's great. They have the best deals ever!

2nd time my son has broken the screen on his iPhone n the geek squad gets it done n a timely manner, considering, it's cracked to pieces.

There was a guy right inside the door. He directed us to the right department. Found our item there. Check out was a breeze. We were in and out..

Was greeted at the door with a smile and shortly after my entrance and looking through phone cases, I was asked if I needed assistance... yes of course, I found what I wanted and was directed to the area I would go for the rest of my items. Two men in the back quickly found what I needed and after $1235 and a receipt...🤭 I was on my way out the door. Quick and friendly service!

Person at the door greeting was helpful & pointed me to the right place to find what I was looking for.
