They got my car from the police and towed it and I called Shane. Great guy answered and told me the steps on getting a release to get it back. He stay in contacted and made sure someone was they're after hrs to get my car out for me. Good service here

I have had multiple cars serviced here, but most recently had a bigger job done on a 2017 ford fusion, heater box went out. The job was done and I got my car back in better shape than when I I left it. JP at complete auto did an amazing job for having to break the whole dash down and rebuild it. I would recommend this place for small and big jobs. The whole team was friendly, communicated well and fair for the price and I’m very pleased! Thank you!!

They were able to get my daughter's car in immediately to remove a nail. Very little wait time. Girls in the office were great as well

I came to Delphi to regions bank , no bank in Kokomo . I had a flat while in Delphi I had a doughnut spare but no one to change it . The Delphi police came and put some calls in for me . Complete auto and tire came , towed me to their place , the guy looked at my tire said he wasn’t going to let me drive back to Kokomo and found a used tire to put on my care . I had no money at the time check won’t clear until tomorrow . They did all this for free. I’m 72 y/o and the Delphi police and the tire place were life savers to me .

I called the store on a Saturday morning knowing that they were closed and it went to someone’s voicemail. Within 30 seconds the person I had called was texting me to let me know that they had a prior commitment and someone would be contacting me as soon as possible. I told him what I needed and within a few minutes, Rob called. Rob was very knowledgeable for what I needed and told me that he could meet me at the store even though they were closed. In my opinion, that is great customer service, and he was polite and delighted to serve me.

Thankful for thie business! My Purdue student broke down on her way home from school and they got her vehicle off the busy hi way and into their shop. It was a minor repair, they got her back on the road quickly to Fort Wayne. As a dad that is 2 hours away, they saved the day for us. Thank you so much!

Great service! Very friendly staff who are great explaining car issues to those who aren't good with mechanical things. It's really easy to get an appointment and the service is quick - even when they have to order a part. Very reasonably priced. The kitty in the waiting area (Tom) is also a big plus!

Very professional people, they even helped me save A LOT of money vs Mann Chevrolet which was going to charge me around $3,000 when Complete Auto in Delphi charged me a fraction of what Manns wanted to charge me. They are very fast at getting your vehicle in, worked on and back out. Everything is working excellent. They are ood Christian's and trustworthy and very kind. The place is very clean. And easy to find it has the big white chicken and a big metal dinosaur right off of 421. Again they saved me a lot of money. I won't take my car anywhere else. They treated me very well. Mans needs to shut down and people take their vehicles to Complete Auto! No I'm not related to any of them the reason I gave an outstanding post is because they deserve it. Thank you Complete Auto!

Last week I called in hysteria as my 1 year old got locked in my car while I picked up my other child from daycare. Luckily the car was still running and it wasn’t a super hot day. I explained what happened to the receptionist and she sent them right away. They showed up in less than 5 minutes and had my car unlocked within seconds. Highly recommend them for all your car needs and unlocking services. I cannot explain how much I appreciate them!!

These guys did my exhaust last spring for half the price that other shops where doing. And today they did my leveling kit for almost 1/3 the price as some shops. Love their work and always get me a great price. They managed to get me in on a Saturday (my only day off) and took great care of me. Thank you to Quinton and Shane for hooking me up.

Tom was playful but then wanted to have me arm for lunch lol. Love coming here to get my repairs. I drive back to home town for service. Great service friendly staff even tom (cat) was lovable on his terms lol. Glad I was able to get my oil changed and not break the bank. Thanks for your assistance.

My alternator went out and Shane was able to get me in and out in a timely manner. He was professional and explained everything he did, made sure I was good to go!
