MIST Restaurant & Lounge

Went in on a Friday evening after just getting to town and both my wife and i were STARVING. We planned to just order the food and bring in back to our hotel room. I would suggest not calling your order in ahead of time unless you are willing to pay the 20% gratuity plus $5, but if you order to go in person those charges arent applied. Now let's get to the food! AMAZING, everything. We ordered the fish and chips and a cup of clam chowder and as we are waiting for our food we are watching other people's orders come out and portions are huge. Everyone seemed to be extremely pleased with their food and also smelled super amazing. The to go order had everything we needed we thought we might need to ask for, utensils, salt and pepper packets, ranch on the side for the chips (not even asked for) ketchup packets (about 10 of em). Im extremely pleased with the quality and amount of food. Will certainly eat here again doing our 4 day trip here to Lincoln City! Well done!

Had lobster Mac and cheese, fish tacos, was excellent. Sam the waitress was the best ever. So kind you are so lucky to have her there treat her well. Will always come back here. Thanks again!!!

We really enjoyed the breakfast at The Mist. Updated decor and not a huge menu. Three of us had the chicken fried steak. Gravy was creamy and seasoned perfectly with nice chunks of sausage. Eggs perfectly poached. Other two styles also cooked perfectly. Breakfast burrito was full of sausage bacon and eggs. Loaded and I couldn't finish it. Cane with a side a green salsa which had a nice kick. Not very many customers on a Sunday morning. Service was attentive. Waters filled, hot sauces asked for and we were checked back on. The lounge has a really interesting fireplace and I plan to come back to check out dinner. Restroom also had a unique trough sink. Loved it. Give this place a try. The food is worth it!!

Fish & chips were really good, great view, nice decor, good vibes, waitress was nice and very friendly. I'll definitely go back here.

This place is fabulous! We dropped in at noon on a Tuesday on our way out of town. We wanted to go to Nelscott, but they’re closed today so we landed here, and we’re so glad we did! It was very quiet and we got the best seats in the house next to the corner window. The restaurant and bar are so well updated. The staff is very sweet and prompt. We were able to order from both the breakfast and lunch menus, and we enjoyed absolutely everything we ordered down to the Bloody Mary and Black Russian. We will definitely be back for the chicken fried steak and eggs. Soooooo good!

The chowder was also very tasty with bacon and celery chunks. You do not want for clams or have to dodge an over abundance of potatoes. This place does it just right.

Prices are more than fair. I can’t recommend this spot enough!

My wife and I did a take out from here. She had a grill cheese and I had fish and fries. She had fries as well 😊. The fish was really delicious with a golden brown crispy layer, because it was battered and fried, and the fish itself was so moist!! The fries were just perfect! We both had clam chowder and that was really delicious 😋. I just love when restaurants actually put clams in clam chowder! I mean that is why they call it that. Oh, I really recommend using your clam chowder as dipping sauce for your fries. Really good 👍.

It’s so wonderful to see new addition of korean dishes to their menu. As a Korean myself, it’s hard to find a decent Korean restaurant even in Portland area. So it was a delight surprise to see authentic and awesome Korean food in Lincoln City. Both bulgogi and spicy pork were wonderful, and my daughter really loved chicken as well. Japchae was done in a traditional way with an option of fish cake instead of beef. Oh and their spicy and sweet sauce was amazing too. I think LC is continuing to provide more variety of food, and it is good for a tourist town.

Best avocado toast... great flavor! Portions are just right. Ice tea had great tastes as well.... not bitter! Daughter had coconut shrimp and she was in heaven.

We had dinner and breakfast here while staying at the Surftides Hotel right next door. Misty was our server and was wonderful! She practically worked the whole restaurant by herself and with the bartender. The food was delicious and nice pours on the drinks.

Spent the weekend at Surftides and had breakfast here both mornings. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. Meals are quite large and my husband and I were able to split breakfast and had just enough!

After looking at numerous restaurants on our vacation we elected to stop at Mist.

We were not disappointed with the food portions for the prices. The food was amazing and tasty. The staff was friendly and attentive.

I had the most amazing burger called the Northwestern Flame Burger. It included avocado topped with a grilled jalapeño.

We loved watching the waves from the windows while we ate which sealed the Dea for us.

We stopped in for a quick drink and to get dried off from the rain. The staff was so nice and accommodating with our wet gear and toddler. The views were great and the bathrooms were clean.

Fantastic experience!
My wife and I stumbled upon this little known restaurant and boy are we happy we did! Sam, the waitress was a pleasure to be around, our food and drinks were amazing, and the view of the beach made this a must go to destination. Plenty of parking, no wait, and very reasonable prices mean we will be back!

I cannot say enough how much I absolutely love The Mist! I’ve now been there for a Mother’s Day buffet, light lunch as well as for a nice dinner. Every time the service has been exceptional, the manager Yvonne takes such time and care to be attentive to each customer. You can tell she really cares about your experience! My favorite dish is the Calamari strips, they are delicious!

The Mist was great!! My server was Tonanzin and she recommended yummy drinks, knew the menu & helped me decide on the best food!! She even knew about town and things to do! It was a “treat yo self day” for me haha. Their bar top is not like your regular bar top! Super cool space and awesome views anywhere you sit. Thank you Tonanzin!! I will be back, and I will be requesting you to be my server/bartender !!! :)

Honestly, we were hesitant because of previous reviews. But we decided to chance it because of the view opportunities. And I'm very happy to say that it was FABULOUS. Delicious food, great portions and lovely service. Very clean, and yes, the views are FANTASTIC. We will definitely visit again.

I've stayed at Surf Tides, but this was a first, eating at their restaurant. I ordered a bowl of clam chowder-my companions both ordered fish and chips. We stopped here because Mo's had a 2-hr wait. It was a happy accident, and quite frankly, I had the best clam chowder I've ever eaten! You read that right... My companions thought their lunch fish and chips were tasty, as well. I'm not certain the magic ingredient, but I tasted a hint of parmesan... Who knows? The downside was that it was a bit too cool in the restaurant, and prices are steep for lunch. However, based on how good the food tasted-I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Very impressed! The food was absolutely amazing, our waitress, Jennifer, was very attentive, and the views of the ocean were gorgeous! I highly recommend you give this place a try! We had the out of this world crab cake appetizer to start and my mouth is watering just thinking about it and I’m still stuffed. My fiancé had the fish and chips, the cod was lightly breaded, golden and perfect. My main course was the seafood Mac and cheese...🤤 it is a little pricey at $32 but it was absolutely drool worthy. We’re talking generous portions of jumbo shrimp, halibut, clams, & salmon in a light white cheddar cheese sauce! Worth every penny! I will think about this Mac and cheese for the rest of my life! Yum!
