Island Beach Resort

(We did not stay at the resort but did stop in to the gift shop, therefore I am unable to rate the rooms).

This review is specifically in reference to Kathleen, the phenomenal woman who works in the gift shop. On a recent visit to the gift shop at Island Beach Resort, Kathleen was incredibly kind and so helpful when she assisted my son with picking out a sea turtle necklace for his girlfriend. His girlfriend loves the necklace!!
On another occasion while at the gift shop, Kathleen assisted my son’s girlfriend when she was looking at a pair of sweatpants in the shop which she ended up purchasing. Kathleen was sweet and such a delight to interact with.
My husband was also looking at a pair of sweatpants but since they were unisex, he wasn’t sure how they would fit. Kathleen suggested that my husband try them on which was a great idea because she helped him decide what size to get. He purchased the sweatpants and is so pleased with them. He was so appreciative of how accommodating Kathleen was.

We rented 8 rooms to celebrate my mom‘s 80th birthday! Every single room was gorgeous. It was perfectly cleaned. There was a restaurant on the property we had a phenomenal time there however the staff is what made it perfect! Jenny was so helpful and accommodating and kind!! As well as Judy and Danielle! Definitely coming back! Everyone loved it!

We didn't stay, just visited for lunch. The restaurant was everything you would want from a beach place. It was pretty, the drinks were delicious and the food was good!

Shuckers Restaurant was excellent. I had seating outside overlooking ocean. I had Mahi tacos, and the best!!!

I come to Island Beach Resort every summer with my family. The accommodations are great. I love having a full kitchen where we can cook meals and at the same time love having a restaurant at the location in order to eat out if we don't feel like cooking. I find the rooms clean and spacious. The staff is very helpful

This was our second time staying here and we love it.
The room is comfortable and the views are spectacular.

We did not stay at the Hotel and we ARE locals. So I cannot attest to the room or prices.

However, you can clearly see the outside of the Hotel is very well maintained. It has direct beach access and offers a beautiful fresh water pool too!

Great for visitors with children or a weekend getaway if you want.

Shuckers, the bar/restaurant is connected to this hotel and does offer 2 bars, one inside and one outside right on the Ocean. As for the food, it's fair at best.

We actually ate at the restaurant in this hotel while we were in Huddleston Island which was Shucker's restaurant which the food was very good the view of the ocean was very good the service was very good I would recommend it to anyone

Shuckers is a great place to eat, drink and enjoy the view. Also. JACE and XAVIER are the BEST bartenders around!!!!!

Great service! Great view! Great unit! Great food at Shuckers! Everything we desired to make for a wonderful holiday retreat! Our 4th time there and we'll be back!

We just love the Island Beach Resort! We love coming to Jensen Beach to relax, recharge, and renew! We cannot wait to come back. The food at Shucker's is AMAZING, too! The front desk is super accommodating and made sure we could check in early upon our arrival since our room was all ready for us! The room was super clean and had all of the necessary amenities to ensure the perfect trip! See you soon!

Went to Shucker's Restaurant inside, nice views. Walked around after dinner, very nice facilities.

Great spot on the Atlantic Ocean! Sea Turtles every evening coming ashore to lay their eggs during the summer. You will see their tracks every morning when you wake up from a quiet night!

On site restaurant regular food fare as well as a very good selection of seafood fare as well!

My sister and I stayed 4/14 to 4/18. Room was newly remodeled. Everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Great location right on the ocean and good restaurant/bar attached. We will definitely be back!!!

Our favorite place to stay on Hutchinson Island. Staff is great, adjoining oceanfront restaurant is excellent, and the location is perfect.

Perfect getaway! Beautiful views of the ocean and pool right outside your door. Great hospitality! Judy was very accommodating and nice our entire stay. The private beach isn't crowded. Shuckers is one of the best restaurants around that is attached to the resort. My husband and I had the best time and plan on returning soon!

This place is awesome! Not only did we receive amazing service from Jace but we also had an amazing experience with the food. We ended up there at happy hour from 3 to 6 and we’re treated like a king and queen. This is going to be our new hang out. Amazing views on the water with outdoor bar and indoor bar. Kid friendly too.

The place is very relaxing and clean with a nice staff. We have stayed there a couple of times and really enjoy the condo its clean and has beautiful ocean views. The Shuckers restaurant is a cool place to eat and have drinks it sits along the beach so it has a great vibe. We especially love the morning sunrise!

We had a great time at Island Beach Resort. The location was amazing! We were right on the beach and there was a nice pool as well. There is a grill, but we did not use it. The pool has lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. The condo was clean and had a great view. The kitchen had everything we needed to warm and serve the food we had brought. The price was reasonable for the space we had. The best thing is location, location, location! We loved the beach. My friends and I were planning our return trip as we left.
