Everything was perfect. Over 350 friends and family members came to say goodbye. He helped make an extremely hard stressfull time in our lives a bit easier.

Losing a loved one is really tough, but Alex and his team are really great. They were supportive and asked the right questions to enable them to go above and beyond to make sure that all of my dad's unique requests and arrangements were followed exactly as he would have wanted. My family and I really appreciate everything they did for us during this difficult time.

Amazing! They came out to our house at 730pm after the vet came out and put our beloved dog down. They handled her with such respect and dignity. When picking up her remains we thought it would be just that but they had candles lit and her ashes lovingly displayed, treating the process more like a funeral then just a "pick up". Their care and compassion made the whole experience so much more bearable!

I would like to say thank you to there compassionate staff. From the care you tuck with my father, grandfather, grandmother and my 2 beloved dogs. You made some of the most heart braking times of my life easier to get through. Thank You!!! You will always be my family's first choice for funeral services.

My name is Jacqueline Jones. I live in Pittsburgh, PA. I learned of my mother Mary's passing 2 days afterwards. I found out that she had been cremated and was at Pinnington Funeral & Cremation on Main St. in Auburn. I was overcome with grief at the prospect of having no closure with my mothers death and all that was left were ashes. I happened to call Pinnington and spoke with Alex who said, "Your mother is here and we have not gone through any processes yet." I had a spark of hope that I might be able to see her one last time. I told Alex I would be there from Pgh ASAP. I arrived and true to word Alex brought my mother's body back from the county and had her beautifully presented for me in a viewing room. Alex Pinnington has gone well over above and beyond for me and my family. It would have been very easy to say that she was already gone, but they made every possible effort to get me that closure. Alex had even assisted my 80 year old stepfather through every step and provided him with rides back and forth. A business that truly cares about the loved ones left behind, in a time of grief and turmoil they make it easier.

I highly recommend Pinnington Funeral Home. Alex is kind, caring and professional throughout the entire process. While these types of services are always difficult, at least Alex makes it as comfortable of an experience as one could hope for. Funerals are always very hard events! When handed a very tough situation Eric and Susie were AMAZING!! I cannot imagine anyone treating our families any better than they did. Such personal attention!! Thanks again for EVERYTHING.

Had a foot then a knee cremated. Amazing staff and service. The owner came to my house for me to sign the paperwork because I couldn’t drive yet. I won’t even bother calling any other funeral home for anything I need. Thank you so much again

Very nice place for a funeral. The staff seemed very nice and opened the door for me. Even under difficult times they are very courteous and makes you feel like they know the pain you are going through.

They were all very sweet and calming it was very easy going and very empathizing definitely the place to go to have a pet cremated thank you very much.
