I’ve been going to Kylie for years! She is a doll fanatic young lady with a great personality and knows how to do blonde hair without leaving looking brassy and that is hard to find! She has done cuts and the new head massage they offer now and she is fantastic I truly would recommend her to anyone!

I got my hair cut & colored by Sarah. She made me feel comfortable right from the start. I am disabled, but Sarah put me at ease and knew just what to do to help me get in her chair safely. We discussed exactly what I wanted to do, and the results are fantastic! I will be coming back to Sarah from now on. Carman gave me a manicure and I did dips. She made me feel very comfortable and the salon has a fantastic atmosphere! Thank you ladies for helping me Pamper myself in this new year!

They were great. I've had bad cuts in the past so they took their time, listened and made sure I was comfortable with every step. They slowly took the hair off and explained when she was framing my face what and why she was doing it to remove dead ends. Will definitely go back after feeling comfortable and relaxed.

Sarah is the best stylist, she really listens to what you want. I had the hydro massage yesterday and it was absolutely wonderful. Love that she also does permanent jewelry.

Spent all early afternoon here today! Loved the head spa treatment with Sarah. Absolutely the most relaxing thing ever. Then over to the pedi side for a deluxe pedi with Ukena- of course she never disappoints.

I came in for a pixie cut, and Kylie was very nice! Sarah ended up cutting hair, and she did amazing! Great service! I was impressed and would highly recommend to anyone I know!

Me and the hubby got a pedicure. The environment was amazing. The whole process was incredible. Clean and quiet! Very relaxing!

Had a wonderful treatment done by Machaela. She was sweet, professional and patient. My first visit and I'll be back!

Love this salon!!!! Been getting my nails done here for around 6 months and love it. Dip Nails always look amazing and last me 4 weeks. Ukena does great work and easy to talk to. She also has hundreds of colors to choose from.

I’ve finally found the best place in Dekalb/Steuben County to get a pedicure. Bernadette’s Nail Salon (Ukena) did an amazing job. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a nail salon as clean and professional and with so many options as Bernadette’s.

So I had previously had a bad experience here. The owner personally got in touch with me and offered to correct the mistake. I absolutely cannot say enough how much I appreciate her and her stylists. I have never had such a wonderful experience anywhere. My hair is absolutely gorgeous and I completely love it. I cannot say thank you enough for everything you’ve done! This is the best salon I have ever been to!

While I have not used the salon services, Twinkling Tips and Toes always does a fantastic job. Ukena always takes her time and treats her clients as family. Both sides of Bernadette’s are always immaculate and the staff are friendly, prompt and courteous! Prices are fair too! Highly recommend.
