Jennifer came to give the estimate; She was very professional and friendly. Jarrod was at the show room available to help me pick out samples. Once I ordered the flooring Jennifer kept in close contact on date of arrival and scheduled pick up from the warehouse. They were even flexible with my crazy work schedule!! The owner carefully placed the flooring into the back of the pick up truck. The whole process was simple and they take great care of their customers! I love my new flooring!!

We purchased carpet from Jimelle Flooring for our 3 bedrooms. The salesman Jarrod was quick to come out and measure and get us a great quote. Gary and his crew came out to install and was very knowledgeable and respectful. They were in and out and you wouldn't even know they were there cleaned up scraps and swept rooms, definitely a class act crew!!! Would definitely recommend Jimelle Flooring to my friends and family!!!

We picked our floor & carpet with Jarrod. They have a great selection of product’s & when it came time for our install the guy’s were super & the process was painless. We have two large dogs and we never worry about our floors holding up to them. I’d like to say we’d use them again but with the quality I doubt I’ll have to!!

From picking out our flooring to installing it, we had great service. Their installers were very professional, courteous and quick. They had our whole downstairs done in two days and when they were done you couldn’t tell they had been here. We will definitely be repeat customers.

We had to replace most of the carpet (plus portions of drywall, HVAC, etc. in several rooms) in our house this year following a flood from a broken bathroom pipe. Jarrod and his team were responsive and helpful during this stressful time. At a time when supply chain and labor shortages were prolonging and complicating the whole recovery effort, I was especially grateful for Jimelle’s prompt response and flexibility scheduling around our other contractors. We are pleased with the final result.

I stopped in on a Friday needing new carpet within 1 week installed due to out of town guests coming. Someone measured that same day and new carpet was installed on Monday! Excellent products and even better service!
