The most painless process from start to finish. Everything is done in house, not through a third party! I contacted Beau about a new fridge that I was looking at. He got me set up right away with what I was looking for. Beau let me know that someone would be reaching out to me to set up a delivery date. Got the delivery date set and received a phone call 45 minutes ahead prior to delivery on the day of. Mike and Alex showed up to take out the old fridge and install the new one. They were great and paid great attention to detail in making sure the fridge would fit through the doorway as well as getting it through without leaving any scratches. Mike and Alex were very kind and gave me a rundown on everything I needed to know about my new fridge. A great company to deal with all around.

Superb customer service! We needed a new washer and dryer to replace one we bought less than a year ago from a family owned place in Fort Wayne that did not work. The other place refused to help us and said our house was the problem. That was not the case with Van's. We worked with Andy and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered so many questions we never knew we had. Their delivery crew is awesome too! Showed up on time and even helped move our old washer and dryer to our garage. The washer and dryer we bought from Van's is working flawlessly, so clearly it's not our house that's the problem. When the time comes for other appliances, or house goods, we will be at Van's. They are truly the best!

We had the pleasure of working with Scott for our washer and dryer. Very nice and not pushy. We really enjoyed working with him. He got them delivered a week early. The delivered guys were excellent. Very nice and professional. Highly recommend

We had a good experience with Vans when buying our refrigerator. The sales department did a wonderful job answering our questions. Knowledgeable and patient while we decided on brand and model.
The delivery crew Mike and Alex were professional and careful while bringing in and setting up the new unit and removing the old unit. Great Job! We were given a call prior to them arriving, which was helpful.
The only complaint was, we were quoted 7-10 days delivery, which had to be ordered (not in stock), and after 2 delays, took over a month to receive. But it all worked out fine.

Van's has been a great experience. I have a large family and I brought them to the store to explore options for furniture of my home. Nico was so helpful, kind and patient with us and answered question after question and helped us narrow down our selection. (Ended up with the first one we liked after all the searching) Van's pricing and quality were what made our decision after all our efforts. Their quality service didn't stop there. Alex and Dereck were kind a professional and cautious as they removed my old furniture and delivered my new furniture. I will continue to recommend Van's as a great spot for quality and value.

We've been wanting to replace a chair for my wife and we decided to stop in and see what Van's had to offer. We were pleasantly surprised to find such a nice selection. After introducing herself, Brittany left us to browse the inventory until we made our choice. Making the purchase was an easy process and we couldn't be happier!

One of our best shopping/delivery/install experiences ever! It started with the salesman Doug, as we shopped over the phone and online with Doug’s help and patience. We couldn’t be more pleased with everyone. They were all very polite, professional, and careful. Tim, Drew, and Sam protected our carpets and flooring before they started and cleaned up when they finished. Thank you for a job well done!

Derrick and Riley delivered our new refrigerator this morning and did an excellent job! They were very friendly, greeting us with a bright smile and big “ hello”. They were knowledgeable about the refrigerator I had purchased. They took the time to explain to me where the filters go and how often I should change them. Vans Home Center you have a couple of wonderful young men working for you and I really appreciated the great service!

Searched for a sectional to fit a uniquely spaced family room. Finally found it at Van’s Home Center. It took a while to come in, but we expected that. It fits perfectly in the space. Dereck & Jacob in Truck #1 did a terrific job setting it up for us.

Today we had a Frigidaire Refrigerator delivered. Dereck & Tyler delivered & set everything up. We surprised our son & daughter in law with a new chest freezer, as well. These young men did an awesome job making sure everything was satisfactory. They were careful, considerate, & respectful moving the old refrigerator out and new one in. They delivered our son's deep freeze immediately after taking care of us. You could not have asked for two better representatives of Van's Home Center. They represented their company very well.

Just a quick note to let you know what a great job Dereck and Tyler did last week delivering my new living room furniture. They were professional, and quick, and very careful around walls and doorways. They even moved a couple chairs to another room so we would have space for all the new furniture. Hats off to these two guys! They are great examples of the good service Van’s Home Center always strives to provide its customers.

Sam and Louis on Truck #1 did an amazing job stacking and installing our new GE washer and dryer. The process of buying all the way through installing was seamless. Highly recommended.

Purchased our new GE Refrigerator a couple of weeks ago and had it delivered today. Excellent service at the store. Excellent service from Tyler and Mike who delivered and set it up today !

Greg helped us out with 2 couches. He was very knowledgeable about the furniture. Was very professional. I would recommend this place if you need furniture or appliances.

From start to finish, our experience with Van's was excellent! The price was just right for our new mattress, and Derek and Logan delivered it quickly, efficiently, and without a mess. We will definitely do business with Van's again.

Dereck and Nigel delivered our dining set today and did a wonderful job putting it together. They were very professional and pleasant young men, we really enjoyed talking with them.

Had our new washer and dryer installed this morning by Jeremy and Tyler.....they did a fantastic job and made sure we were happy and without any further questions before they left. They even took the time to show us that everything was hooked up correctly easing our minds of no concerns for leaks.

Van's delivered as always! Got the matching sofa to some chairs we purchased a few years ago, and new bed. Delivery with Derek, Logan and Kyle was smooth and easy, no problems whatsoever!

Great selection at all different price ranges, quick and easy process. Scott was very helpful and insightful on products as well as checking on delivery time without even having to be asked. Delivery crew from Truck 1 was friendly and professional. Sam and Luis were quick and cleaned all the trash up. Overall, very happy with my purchase.
