Its a buy here pay here. Of course they gonna tow your car if you don't pay your bill, and of course there is high interest. This is how it works with high risk loaning. If you pay your bill this is a great place to work with. If you cant pay your bills not so much. I have had a great experience here. Payments do improve your credit so you can get low interest loans in future .

I went to Superior Car Lot today 01-08-22. And the girls Heidi, and Melanie were fantastic, they went out of their way to get me in a vehicle they even stayed 3 hours overtime to get the job done, they went above and beyond to make me happy. I was so pleased and happy with their service and time they spent on me. They found the car I wanted in Vincennes and I was in Washington. Then Cody was awesome, he drove to Vincennes when the lot was closed and picked up my car. He also went above and beyond to get the job done. They all three have Customer Service skills that anyone would want to have. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a car. You will be very satisfied. Thank you all for your service and time.

I was searching for a van that was suitable for my family and we came across superior auto in Washington Indiana. The help we received was very helpful as we didn’t have a lot of money to put down they are willing to work with you!

Got an alright deal on a non convertible camry Solara and Heidi and everyone was real nice and helpful, a lot of the reviews here seems unreasonable its explained there is no warranty and no grace period on payments although they can work things out if you call ahead of time and they give you 3 days to decide if you'd like to trade for something in the same price range.

They were fast and really easy to deal with and found the car I really wanted! Super happy about the experience.
