I began looking for a new vehicle, I was contacted by Greg one of the salesmen who has been the absolute best with communication and assistance with any questions I have had. I purchased a 2017 ford fusion and it suffered from premature engine failure as a known issue of coolant intrusion, Greg has been doing his best to help me while being sympathetic to my situation. While I have not made a decision as to what my next steps are I'm at least happy there is one Ford dealer that I can at least give my business to if it comes to that. I recommend anyone looking to ask for Greg he will go above and beyond to assist you.

I searched high and low to find another Ford Flex to replace my 2014 model. I wanted a 2019 the last year they made them but in a certain color and options. For me it was a 6 hr drive to visit Ben Davis Ford. We negotiated our transaction the best we could over the phone and they had everything ready for me when I arrived. My salesman Derek Longenberger was great to work with and always provided me with answers in a timely mannerin our conversations prior to my arrival. It was a long drive for me to get what I wanted but the dealership was very fair in valuation of my trade and pricing of their vehicle. Derek and the others made my experience a pleasant one. I would recommend taking a look at them for your next vehicle purchase.

We were looking for a Bronco Sport for our daughter, and ended up driving a few hours to Ben Davis Ford because they had the exact model & features we were looking for on their lot. Also, dealers in our area were forcing customers to pay $4000 ADM over sticker for what probably amounts to a 6 month interior/exterior ceramic coating (if that). We were very pleased with Derek, the rest of the team, and the whole experience. It was quick and easy, and worth the drive.

Travis Sparkman, and the service techs take very good care of the fleet of Fords i own . Experience, and knowledge of the product , and good customer services go a long ways .

Pricing was slightly lower than other dealers with same miles/year of car. Got a fair value for my trade. There was an issue with the car so they made good on the deal to get it fixed and offered to deliver to us when the repair was completed.

Garrison was the best salesman I've had the pleasure of working with. We saw this car for sale before it was out of the shop. He made sure every issued we noticed was fixed, including cosmetically AND mechanically, all for a used car under $15k.

He dealt with us for weeks and never stopped being transparent and genuinely friendly. When my own mechanic found issues, Garrison was quick to apologize and instantly offered to pay the inspection fee. He also made sure everything my mechanic found was fixed no charge!!!

Ended up with a great finance deal and I also love the Finance Guy!!! Ben Davis has very genuine and friendly employees who are truly looking out for the customer. Can't wait to do business in the future

I went to the dealership completely unaware of the leasing process, or if I were even eligible for leasing options. Josh Allen and Nick Walker were more than willing to help educate me on the entire process, including the benefits of both leasing and purchasing, however they were never pushy or made me feel like I was obligated to make any decisions at all. Tom Hirchak was very helpful in helping me find the perfect vehicle for me, and was also very courteous and polite. The time that it took for me, from walking in the doors to driving off the lot was by far better than I had anticipated it being. Everyone worked quickly and efficiently to get me a great deal on my new vehicle. I would recommend anyone looking for the big city selection but want to avoid the big city hassle, to visit Ben Davis Ford when they're ready to get their next vehicle!
