Nice people but just not efficient enough for the carpet loads. I have spoke with 5 people and seem to get pushed around. Please get better communication.

Worst place I've ever worked. None of the supervisors communicate or even know what they are doing half the time. The plant managers are rude and unqualified and even Mark the site manager has a bad attitude. Pretty much everyone with a radio has a bad attitude and a massive ego that bruises easily. Only work here if youre okay being treated like dirt. I decided to go somewhere that paid a little less but treats their employees right. Best choice I ever made.

Also the quality of the houses are terrible. Probably because no one knows what they are doing but if you buy a house from this company expect it will he junked together and require a lot of service repairs. They just don't care they only wanna clock out and no body is holding anyone accountable.
