I didn't use their restroom because last time there wasn't a lock on the stall and there wasn't a knob to turn the cold water on/off therefore, you almost scald your hands. These simple things could be fixed for under $10. Tends to make you wonder why they aren't with the money they bring in?

**PLEASE NOTE: The owner replied to my review stating that the repairs were taken care of 8 months ago! December 11 to May 13, isn't 8 months! However, next time I return--and I will return--I'll gladly use the restroom now that the repairs are made!** I gladly updated my stars to 5!!

The Key Palace Theater, is one of the coolest places around. They bring in talented local acts around the surrounding areas, along with, other talented, well known acts, across the country. It's truly one the truly great music venues left, that is still there to enjoy. If you're looking for great music, a nostalgic place with good vibes, and, great food. You will not be disappointed.

Great place to go and see live music. Lot of history in the building, great sound. The bar and dining area are filled with music memories.

Loved it. Great experience,, looking forward to going back. Seen the band Night Moves, it was awesome

Ate on the diner side before the show- food was real good and reasonably priced. Need to try this place.

Love this venue, low key, with fantastic bands at reasonable ticket prices. Wish I knew of this place sooner

Used a pair of tickets for a classic rock/blues concert in October 2021. Tried to find out if food would be available before the show, but couldnt find any information about the diner. Arrived 10 minutes before show and came in walked around and sat down. A few people were at the bar area, a few were sitting down eating, a man behind concession area serving popcorn, sodas, etc. Band couldnt get the sound they wanted, so waited around while they adjusted, about 35 minutes. Maybe 35 people in the theater seats, nice crowd and having a good time. All in all a nice neighborhood venue to get together for a night of music. Found out they do serve food in the diner before the show for ticket holders. Support the small business within the city and come hear some good talent.

Good venue to go to for just about all kinds of music. Regularly has jazz/blues bands, rock bands, as well as tribute bands. We saw Sleep for the Weary and it was an absolute killer show! Highly recommend you to check out their music!

Very nice venue. Comfortable seats was able to see from wherever you sat. People were friendly and courteous.

It was wonderful as usual !! Had a blast at the Anthony Gomes show ! We arrived early , but the restaurant was too packed so we had to go to another establishment to eat, but it was not a big deal. The Key never disappoints !!
