Pilot Travel Center

I love the fact that they have both a Subway and a Taco Bell at this Pilot Travel Center. We stopped early in the morning and both places were serving their full menus and not just breakfast which was fantastic. It was quick and easy to access from the highway there were plenty of pumps so that you can pull up and get gas without having to wait. They had lots of other stuff in there if you wanted snacks or drinks or t-shirts or sweatshirts or souvenirs or trinkets they had everything you can possibly want and plenty that you didn't want, they had it all.

Have had several Catering orders in the last 2 weeks. Charity has been amazing to work with and the food is fresh and delicioius. Highly recommend.

Nick went above & beyond in assisting us with an issue with our travel trailer. The rest of the staff were awesome as well. Thank you to the employees, your assistance made our experience so much better.

One of my favorite stops off of I-64 in Indiana. Why? Nice restrooms and across the street from Hipp Nursery - Pink Elephants (one with a Martini), Giraffes and other fun animal statues. If you like quirky roadside stuff, Hipp is a hip place and Pilot is the perfect place to rest the weary drive.

We are moving due to the military and they provided us with a military card for gas, that military card decided to give us a lot of issues today with the gas pumps and we had our toddler with us who was getting a bit upset. The manger on duty (a gentleman with hand tattoos, working on 2/24/23 around 12pm) helped us and was so incredibly nice. We’ve been traveling across 9 states and he was so patient and kind. We are so thankful for such wonderful service that allowed us to get back on the road so fast. I will say this was the best service we have had over our week of travel. Thank you again!

The bathrooms were extremely clean. They kept their promise and they clean their bathrooms. They also smell nice too. There is a big bathroom stall for handicap and three other stalls. The gas also isn’t too expensive. The food looks nice. I would recommend this for a short stop along the way.

I came and they say no ai shower until tomorrow morning because they do not want to clean the bathrooms that disrespect ???

Super clean shower, friendly and attentive maintenance guy (Marcus). Taco Bell employees fast and friendly. Subway was good too, only little problem was veggies not being distributed evenly on the sub, other than that everything was great!

Clean. Friendly people. The guy on day shift cleaning the showers made me feel better about using them. I watched him clean 1 while I was doing laundry. He done great job.

Super friendly employees. Stopped here at night and only 2 girls were working the whole store while people were steadily coming in. And they said they had been working like that all day. Very hard workers.

This is an awesome place to stop for a restroom break and the gas wasn’t too expensive. They had a sign about clean bathrooms which they followed through on. They weren’t dirty bathrooms like all the other gas stations I go to if I really have to. This time the bathrooms were very clean and I felt like I could go to the bathroom without having to worry about germs and sitting on a gross dirty toilet seat.

Really wonderful example of a Pilot. Awesome staff, plenty of parking all around, and great, laid-back people working at all establishments (there's a Subway, Taco Bell, and Cinnabon inside). Food at all three places was fresh, fast and Taco Bell handled a complicated order with ease and a smile! Bathrooms are clean and well-stocked, lot was kept free of debris, and the coffee was exceptional. Thank you guys for making this life a little easier.

It's pretty much a tradition for us every time we leave Evansville to stop in Pilot for drinks and snacks for our trip. My family and I have visited this travel center a few times a year for over a decade, and have always had great service. The place is always busy, but the lines move very quickly. Always a friendly staff, and the place is always clean.

Stopped in on my way to work and got a huge Brisk sweet tea. Nice place with good vibes and friendly cashiers. Restroom was clean and convenient. Amazing variety of food and drinks.

This is what a truck stop should lookand be like. Clean parking lot with lots of apots. Store was stocked and clean. Bathroom was spotless. Ate taco bell and it was made fresh. Puller in at 645pm and still 20 free spots and all the reserve spots left. What a great store.

I just want to say,this is a pilot with employees that really enjoy their job. Or should I say thankful for it . Normally people be standing around complaining about this or that but not here showers was truly clean and not just a quick mop over like a lot of places. The store was nice and full of merchandise. I want to say the guy I think his name was Tim was super friendly to everyone who came back to where the showers was . Thanks again team pilot!
