Highland Park

Beautiful park and lots of fun activities at the playground for the kids. The squirrels come up to you and ask for food, which is pretty cool and there is an old covered bridge close by that is pretty cool and historic. Also there are bathrooms specifically for the park so that's a plus as well.

I've made so many good memories at this park! I love the friendly squirrels and little geese families. The babies are adorable!

It's always a busy spot.
Lots of different free play and free entertainment options for all ages from toddlers to the elderly.
Restrooms on site, water fountains, scenery, walking trails, water viewing.
My kids love this place, and I don't mind hanging there with them for even hours sometimes.
Also they are almost finished with a new addition to the playground equipment...
It's all seems pretty grand.

I absolutely love Highland Park, I live near by so it's great walking distance. Its a great spot to walk dogs as they offer poop bags and many trash cans. I added pictures of my dog in different seasons at the park. A few years ago, my boyfriend asked me by a picnic table by the park, so that's an amazing memory I carry with the park. I play Pokemon Go, which they have a multitude of stops and gyms for the game. It's just a beautiful park, a lot of benches, a few bridges including a covered lighted bridge. One of the pictures included shows the covered bridge in the background. It's just beautifully amazing.

Absolutely fantastically fun park. Lots to do and the kids never want to leave. Cute fenced in toddler area to keep the littlest of the littles safe. Bathrooms we're clean, and s river runs through the area so bring seeds/ dried corn for the water fowl!

They have an excellent playground area for the kids to play. The covered bridge is very nice too. It is a really good spot to do a wedding at.

Beautiful little park! This park was devastated by a tornado a couple years ago. The cleanup was huge and a lot of old, huge trees were lost. A new set of playground equipment has been in place and the kids love it, especially the zip line ride. Big Ben and the giant Sycamore stump are a sight to behold. Kokomo Band Orchestra has concert regularly. Fall in the park is a great location for photographers to do their best. Enjoy everything this park has to offer and help keep it clean.

My daughter loves playing at this park. She loves that there is a tiny tots area since she is still young but when the bigger kid area isn't busy she loves to go over there and play. We always end our park trip with a walk to look at the ducks.

This park has changed quite a bit since I was a child. It's the nicest park in Kokomo. It's a great place to take children. There's a lot of cool equipment for kids to play on.

This is a great shaded park to walk your puppy. I've always meet nice people here and most everyone has their dog's on leashes. I come here now almost daily as we are new to the area and this park is 3 minutes from our house. Needs more light for the evening walks after dark. It's to creepy at night to walk here, Need More Light. Thanks

The new equipment is amazing! Thank you Kokomo for finally upgrading Highland Park. The ice cream truck even made an appearance; the perfect ending for a perfect play time.

Highland Park is the nicest park in Kokomo in my opinion. It offers Indian trails, newer playground equipment, "Big Ben" the largest steer in Indiana on display, the "Stump" largest tree truck in Indiana on display, ducks & geese on the water, picnic areas, great place for family reunions. All around great place to bring your family. I should have taken a picture of the playground area too, the park also has three baseball diamonds, the Wildcat creek goes through the park

I really like what the City of Kokomo is doing to Highland park. I had not been at Highland park in a long time, it has had a completely new state of the art equipment.

Lovely park with an amazing playground that is inclusive for all ages and abilities- a zip line, an expression swing a new ramped castle structure and a retro play structure are highlights of a beautiful park.

This park has two fantastic playground areas! A large space complete with small zip line and interactive play stations. A smaller enclosed area for toddlers, including a fire engine to play on. Plenty of seating for adults to supervise. Public restrooms, concession stand, tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball diamonds and bike/walk trail. Historical site of a covered bridge and Big Ben too. Lots of picnic tables and areas for gatherings. At Christmas time the parks department puts up a wonderful drive through light display.

A very well maintained park. Many families enjoyed the amenities. The paths and trails are delightful. Worth stopping.

This park is beautiful. There are multiple playgrounds, fishing, a huge skate park, a concession stand and it's well kept... just gorgeous!

One of the most memorable days of my life. Beautiful park! Beautiful company! what could be better than sharing it with some of the people you love!
