This place is pretty great. I’ve personally met most of the staff and they are quite friendly people. Another great thing is that they also don’t sell cars over MSRP which is great. I’ve noticed a recent controversy with the general manager and a quote he has made. From what I have researched and found it seems to me that the post was made on the GMs personal account. So it shouldn’t have to deal with the company he works for. I mean we have the 1st amendment for a reason, people should be allowed to state their opinions and not be negatively affected by that. (Unless it’s hate speech but it isn’t in this instance)

I live in S.C. and had to buy a part from a Ford dealer. I have NEVER seen a dealership so pristine, you can literally eat off the floor in the work bays. Every person we spoke to was very helpful and friendly. Your parts guy was phenomenal and went above and beyond helping us today.

My mother is 85, and they take great care of her vehicle needs. She buys all of her vehicles from them, and they do all her maintenance.

Recently, her immaculate Ford Edge got rear ended and was a total loss. Miraculously, nobody in her car was injured thanks to advanced Ford safety technology.

Mr. Howell personally helped her every step of the way, from providing documentation of the great condition of her vehicle for the insurance company so she could get a fair settlement, to helping find a replacement when inventory was tight due to supply chain.

It’s good to know that whenever she needs something vehicle related, they can be trusted to take care of her.

Taking my wife to purchase our 2nd vehicle this year from Danielle Simpkins at Brad Howell Ford today. She is great to work with and the dealership is fantastic. Great place to buy either new or used vehicles. Smooth quick transaction, paperwork was ready fast, and the truck was flawless! Service after the sale has been flawless, professionally handled, prices very competitive with other shops, wait time is usually minimal, and of coarse its done right the first time! If asked where to purchase or to repair a Ford it's always going to be recommended by me to see Brad Howell Ford!

When I decided it was time for a new vehicle, I reached out to multiple dealerships around Indianapolis. Almost all of them were non-communicative or had crazy markups hidden as mandatory add ons and fees. Brad Howell Ford was completely different. My saleswomen, Danielle, was very helpful and efficient when it came to questions about available vehicles, the ordering process, and my trade in. I decided to order a vehicle and was impressed by Danielle’s willingness to go above and beyond any time I had questions or needed information around my order.

When my vehicle came in, they were able to have it prepped and ready for me the same day. I came in, looked over the vehicle and signed all the paperwork. There were no surprise fees or pressure to buy any extra products they offered.

Afterwards Danielle took her time to make sure I understood all the features and controls on the vehicle. We will definitely be back to purchase our next vehicle in the future and recommend anyone do the same.

We had an amazing experience here, and 110% recommend Tony Tutela! This was our first interaction with this location, and if/ when we need another car; this is probably where we'll go. We weren't bombarded by salesman, which I absolutely loved! That's one of the reasons I hate going car shopping, but they were super respectful about space! Once we were ready, Tony took great care of us. It was a quick and easy process, and I really appreciated the fact that he wasn't pushy at all, and that he didn't try steering me in a different direction with what I wanted. They didn't low-ball on the trade-in, and their prices weren't super inflated either. I really don't have anything negative to say about our experience. Definitely recommend.

This dealership was my first visit, and I was very impressed with the service that I received. Needed a recall serviced on my car. Everyone was very happy to see me and asked if I needed help with anything. My car was ready in no time and informed me that the car needed another recall serviced and was completed.

The only place I buy vehicles from! Fantastic customer service and they always go above and beyond for our family. The service department is quick with oil changes and servicing my truck. Beyond that Brad Howell Ford supports the community and gives back to youth organizations! I love doing business with people who help other people. Truly great crew!

I had trouble with another local mechanic in town who fixed the wrong part of my car that was leaking oil after I specifically told then what the 2 previous mechanics told me was leaking. They told me they were confident is was not that and it was this other part so long story short they “fixed” my oil leak and I took it on a 10 hour trip out of town. The day after I got home it broke down, I had it towed there and they admitted they changed the wrong part! I didn’t allow them to work on it again and took it down to Brad Howell. They got it fixed right up and found some other problems the previous mechanic missed! I was very pleased with their service department! Anne was a trooper when I came in as a basket case bc of my recently “fixed” broken down car!

Fast forward a few months, I totaled my 2009 Ford Escape which I absolutely LOVED and could have bought any car I wanted but when I saw the 2012 Ford Escape certified pre-owned on their lot late at night as I was browsing around town I got in touch with Mandy and she held my reservation and I took it home the next day! It’s an amazing car! Great financing options! Their staff was friendly enough to follow me to enterprise to drop off my rental!

All and all I will absolutely return for any service work my car needs and hopefully I won’t have to buy a new car anytime soon but when the time comes I will definitely head to brad Howell first!

Their customer service is unmatched. Mistakes can happen anywhere when dealing with customer service. But they will go above and beyond to fix any mistakes and show appreciation for their customers. They are always friendly and the center is always incredibly clean.

My first experience with the service department was outstanding. They were able to diagnose and fix an electrical problem that a different dealer could not. They were also able to refute the diagnosis of another issue by the same dealer that would have cost over $3000 to fix. Needless to say, I will continue to do business with Brad Howell Ford. They are very friendly. I really enjoyed working with Danielle one of the sales personnel who sold me my recent purchase. Stop in and see the staff at Brad Howell. I personally will be going back to see them for all my needs in the future.

I was heading home which was 3 1/2 hrs. on a Sunday morning after 3 nights in Kokomo and got 5 miles out of town when my truck blew a spark plug out of the head. I made it back to the hotel and decided to stay over another night and call
Brad Howell Ford when they opened at 8 Monday morning to see if they could help. I told them the situation and they told me to bring it in right away . I dropped it off and they took me back to the hotel and came and picked me up when I had to check out at 11. when we got back to the dealership my truck was already done.
I don't know many dealers that would do that for someone on a Monday morning. they said it usually a 4 hour job but had it done in about 2 1/2 hours. everyone was very helpful from the service manager to the drivers. I can't thank all of them enough.

Absolutely LOVE Brad Howell & his staff! Andy & Brad both stayed after business hours (since I couldn't get off work in time) to help me buy a new Fusion. They didn't try to rush me off, answered all my questions & told me they wanted to keep my car until the next day so they could detail it before I picked it up! When I went to get it the next day, Baxter actually sat in the car with me for probably a half hour & explained every button & feature it had. Their service department is pretty great too, the guys are very knowledgeable, helpful & polite when answering questions over the phone or when scheduling my oil changes. Can't say enough good things about this dealership!
