Friendly staff and friendly faces everytime I enter the store. There is someone who is always willing to help! Love that everyone here doesn't feel like a stranger. Small town locally owned stores truly are the best.

We shop here often. We are all blessed to have a hardware store with such a comprehensive inventory in our town.
The owners are generous, and involved in the community. And everyone friendly and helpful.

My car key broke the other day and Ace in North Webster gave me the best service! I had 3 different people helping put my key back together, until they found a key they could make me. The service was great and they sent me safely on my way!

Really helpful and straight to what I needed in and out 3 mins. Just great.

This store is so convenient, easy to ship, and always has someone on hand to help you with your question or to find what you are looking for. I highly recommend stopping here first before you waste your time and energy on the big box stores.

The sign out front says they have everything and I believe it. We were looking for an item we could not find anywhere but they had it in their Boat area. For a store that carries so many items it was easy to navigate because large signs direct you to where you need to go. The staff is also knowledgeable and helpful to meet any needs. Their outside area is equally large and well staffed.

Employees and almost always have the odds n ends we need. (And the popcorn is fresh daily, can’t forget that).

They're nice and have lots of helpful staff. They have Teresa's cheese balls here. They're expensive but delicious. 😁

i love this store. everyone is very helpful and friendly. and i am not treated like i know nothing and should be home baking because i am a woman or like a butch lesbian because i’m looking at power tools. they have an awesome selection of basically everything and the prices aren’t salty. i love me a good hardware store but this Ace definitely stands out above the others!

When I always go in there it is always filled with helpful and polite employees. The manager there was hire great workers because they are always thinking about the needs of the customer. My family always goes there for small items to fix our boat, grill, and camper when in need of replacing a part.

Absolutely great place to go. EVERYONE is very knowledgeable and friendly and goes out of their way to help you. Every product I have ever bought from them has been great quality.

Definitely good place for parts etc and good customer service and friendly staff would definitely recommend and the price is a bit higher than other places but that's understandable it's a convenient place.

Pretty good place, but what really sells this place is that they have some basic lumber in stock (more than you'd think), a decent garden section, and I was able to rent a rototiller through them.
