I had a great experience with orkin. Adam came to treat at my house for ants, he was very communicative and quick. He provided me with a lot of helpful information. Very friendly and will definitely be going through Orkin again!

They called to remind us that it was time for our yearly inspection. He showed up as scheduled and did a thorough inspection under our house. After the inspection he showed us pictures of areas he was concerned about and pointed out specific areas that need attention. He also gave us information to fix these areas when we are ready. All in all, the service call was a good one.

Orkin was incredible! A technician (Adam) came to my house the same day I called and set me up to get rid of the mouse/pest problem I was having. They also set me up with a free inspection to see how they are getting inside and to prevent future infestations. They were real lifesavers and very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of these services.

The sales team that reached out to me initially is what impressed me the most. Then a prompt inspection was made. Service was scheduled within days. While cost was an issue with me, the benefits should outweigh in the long run. I definitely would recommend Orkin! In a time where many local providers lack professionalism and service, Orkin definitely exceeded my expectations and is much appreciated!

Keith is always on time and very courteous. He always asks if we have any new issues or if we’ve noticed any problems since his previous visit. So far, we’re very pleased with the services we’ve been provided.

Having a job done professionally which it was is somewhat expected. What for me that makes a difference his the people doing the job representing the company. Dakota is what you hope to deal with face to face. Him being a dog person was an extra plus as my dogs felt his comfort level and they pretty much ignored him. Pleasant experience all around.

I am so thankful at the quick action or Orkin! I had an infestation of yellow jackets in my living room and I have a toddler and a newborn. It was very stressful to deal with and they came out and we’re able to treat and destroy the nest in the same day! They also said if we had anymore coming into the house they would come out and take care of it free of charge in between our scheduled sprays over the next few months. Thank you to Dan for taking the time to thoroughly spraying our house!

The same gentleman came again. He is always very nice and extremely polite. Since we have covid, he stayed outside and treated everything outside.n

The office staff are always nice, helpful, and are willing to move my appointments around when needed to fit my busy schedule. Fred is the best technician! He is friendly and personable!

I called Orkin Friday night after my husband had just killed a cockroach in our bathroom (We've also had a spider problem and egg problem).The first one we've seen since we moved her 3-4 years ago. The lady on the phone was super nice, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Their prices are fair and not super expensive. The soonest they could come out was Monday. I appreciate them for coming out so quickly. I also enjoy their 24 hour service since I called at 10 pm. Dominique was our tech who came out today. He also was knowledgeable, professional, and nice. He answered all of my questions and he was very thorough. Overall I had a very good experience. I will report back with the results in a month or so.
