I love this place. Sometimes the popcorn is a hit or miss but a little chocolate usually helps. The staff is always kind and friendly. The place is always clean.

I just love that I can affordably take my kids to see a movie once a month and it doesnt break the bank. Im big on making memories with the fam!!

The movies are great for 5 dollars. And also the snacks are great prices

Hubby and I watched Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire. Great flick, and we love the Alex Theatre! Awesome movies, and you can't beat $5 ticket prices!

Cool small town theater. Only one screen but lots of seats for social distancing and amazing prices and staff.

Fair prices. Not the fanciest theater, nor does it try to be. If you live in Muncie, it's a closer drive than the Winchester theater, but depending on what's playing at each, you may choose one over the other.

Hidden gem! Prices are very reasonable and they seem to have the most anticipated releases. My kids go here all the time and I only wish I would have known about the place sooner.

Huge theater, affordable prices. Have been there about every month or so since moving to the area in 2021. Locally owned, family run. Nice folks.

For those that say the popcorn is tasteless, they provide salt and butter flavoring off to the side so you can add what you like, as well as in the back of the theater.

I've seen the senior discount specials at $3 but would rather spend the $5 on a ticket help them stay in business.

Old style movie theater. Newer and older seating. They are replacing the seats. My parents and I sat in the old seating and they were still comfortable, the seats just swallow you up. Workers were great! Playing new releases and the only one to play "The Old Way" within an hour of Wabash.

The Alex is a one screen movie theater with a nice small town feel. It has all of the amenities and concessions of a large theater. I go to the Alex over a large theater when ever I can.

Movie was amazing me and my husband and I went to see the nun 2 it was amazing, and other than they was a guy there who wouldn't stop talking

One of our favorite theaters. We love the cheap theatre that is classic and small and we can still afford to take our whole family there and afford family movie nights. AMC is for date nights and this place is golden for family nights!! Highly recommend! We drive all the way from Muncie to enjoy this theatre and we always have such a great time. The people who work here are so sweet and always so accommodating and the prices, well they are unbeatable really. ❤❤ Thanks Alex theater for always being so awesome! 😎🍿🎬

We were a little hesitant at first with a "this is too good to be true" thought. But once we got there we knew we found a gem.

You can definitely tell this is a "mom and pop" business with things being well used and "broken in" and we LOVED it. The seats were very comfortable, the movie came in clearly, and the sound was epic.

My husband and I have found our new dinner and a movie date night theater.

Absolutely love this theater for movies and now for their big screen gaming! My kiddos had a blast playing their video games on the big screen and the staff and owner are AMAZING! Would recommend to anyone needing a reasonably priced family activity. Prices are so affordable - love it!!

Amazing prices. While it is an older theater it is ran very well. Great family environment.

Best local theatre around with great ticket pricing. While it only has one screen it does try to show the the popular movie of the week sometimes two of them. Owners are friendly and always willing to interact with the community. If you're in the area and looking for a movie in the theatre, it's definitely worth your time to check it out.

My family has been going here all summer. The prices are unbeatable. Owner is friendly. Theater is clean and well air conditioned. They have even recently added a gravel lot on the north side of the building for additional parking.
