Very VERY friendly staff. They even offer to try out their more expensive products. This cute thing behind the counter modeled some outfit of a sexy nurse that i wanted to get. 5 stars!! Very professional.

Sweetest lady working tonight. Very informed on product and i didn't feel like i was just totally lost or scared to ask questions.

The attendant was so nice, not only personable, but knowledgeable, helpful, 'n all around disarming so I wasn't embarassed to ask anything at all. The only drawback is that the store is small so the selection is small. Would love a wider variety of color selection for lingerie, esp. in regular sizes (currently it's mostly black or red pieces). But overall it was a great experience 'n, even w/the lmtd selection, I left having bought some new, cute, fun things that I really love! ♡♡♡

Me and my wife visited today, browsing toys. The box does not do a very good job sometimes with colors of toys, so I had just opened the bottom to get a better look WITHOUT taking it out, and MELISSA rushed over and very rudely informed me, "The boxes are tapped shut for a reason" I had told her I was just trying to a get a better look at the color, I didn't know it was an offense to look. She replied with, "Well you can see it on the box." We were treated rudely, and almost like thieves. We have been coming and buying toys since this store opened, but I'm afraid one employees actions will make us look elsewhere from now on. Thanks Melissa!

Went in to find something specific. The lady working was laughing and cracking up with another guest but didn't appear like she was having issues locating anything they were just giggling over stickers or magnets. Was not greeted upon entering and was only asked to come back when I left which I will not. I will not return to any location of cirillas since every one of them I've ever walked in I have walked out pissed off because of lack of customer service.

The women working there named Melissa wasn't friendly and was very rude she was almost trying to snatch the toy out of my husband hands.
