I needed a specific vest for my wedding coming up ans nowhere online/ other stores had it in stock. When I called to see if Cowpokes did, Kaitlynn took it upon herself to call the manufacturer of the vest and have them ship one just for me. Then when it came in, she shipped it to me (I live in PA). The package even came with some cute additions thrown in there!

My 1st time visiting to buy a Christmas gift, men's cowboy boots. Was helped by a super friendly store clerk who answered lots of questions about leather care and how to choose the correct size.

What great and unexpected customer service from this small business!!! Ordered these shoes for my husband on a Saturday and they were on my doorstep when I got home from work on Monday. The added touches of a letter, pen and Cowtale will make me recommend this place and definitely be a repeat customer.

I'm so happy I found Cowpokes! I live in Virginia and my husband found a hat he liked at our local western store. When I went back to our local store to purchase it, they were not so kind. I decided to take my business elsewhere and found the exact hat he was looking for at Cowpokes. I immediately placed my order with Cowpokes online. My item shipped very quickly and they even went the extra mile and put a ton of Fragile stickers on the package so it wouldn't get damaged! They included a few small extra items in our package as well, which I found super sweet. I am very happy with my purchase and customer service from Cowpokes. I will definitely think of them first for any other western-wear needs!

I came in 2days before my wedding to get a hat shaped and fitted and the steam machine was down. But, due to the circumstances the ladies all went above and beyond to help me get it done! I drive up from Indy just for this store because the staff always goes above and beyond!

Absolutely great! Visited a couple boot places and couldn't find my size because of the width of my feet. Left cowpokes with a pair that fit great thanks to Gabby working with me for so long to find the perfect pair. She was wonderful. Thank you!

The staff was very kind. There inventory was extensive and of very high quality. The prices were what I would expect to pay for the top quality products. We stopped in to "just look around" and ended up spending about 2 hours (and $300).

We visited twice during a short trip; every time was fantastic. They even allowed us to ship the wrong item back and exchanged it. Great variety, high quality, welcoming staff

I'm from Texas so my store back home was Boot Jack so finding anything western is hard to find and I hate online shopping because well seeing how things feel on and look on you well is priceless & you know what your paying for Hands down my place to go for Boots wish they had cool leather Jackets and vest etc for women .
