Walgreens

I have been using this Walgreens for over 15 years. I now live closer to other stores but still make the drive because the customer service is next to none! Specifically, there is an employee in the pharmacy named Sarah (Miller?) who has helped me so many times I've lost count. She has gone so far as to help me get prescriptions filled while I was working out of town in Florida. I struggle with the insurance company and Sarah always makes sure I get what I need. Couldn't be happier with the service I get from her and the store!

Walgreens are consistently clean, well lit, and staffed by helpful, friendly people. This location did not disappoint.
We stopped in for a few items, and were very pleased that everything we wanted was in stock. The cashier was friendly and there was no line, so we were out quickly.

Not very educated pharmacist working there. I was looking for vitamin D3 and I have been asked why I want to give vitamin D3 for my kid? Telling her it's healthy she said that here is more sunny so kids get vitamin D3 from sun. I didn't know if I should laugh or cry. Maybe that lady should go back to school and learn some more. Dear lady 90% of humans bady should be exposed to sun many hours a day to vitamin D3 reach the level what is needed.
Not the best experience there, not educated stuff, not very helpful. Going to visit competition next time.

Very poor customer service. Phone calls are horrible. Hang up after you wait forever. Call back and wait more. Usually takes several calls and lots of time to get through.

Always takes for ever to refill scripts. Get scripts ordered in morning still not ready after 3 pm customer service is terrible makes you come back for scripts when you only have one to be filled .had to keep calling hospice nurses to get them to fill a script that was already ordered why can't they get organized

Walgreens received a refill order from my doctor on October 14th. I received notification from Walgreens that they'd received the order and were in the process of refilling it. Later that day I received notification that the order was ready to be picked up. When I got to the pharmacy, they told me it wasn't ready and to come back in an hour. From October 14th through October 19th they kept telling me that it wasn't ready and to come back in an hour. Finally on October 19th, a pharmacy tech called me and told me that it couldn't be refilled until October 29th because there had to be 30 days between refills. I was fine with that and agreed to wait until the 29th to pick the refill up. Today is the 30th and now the pharmacy is telling me that they have no refill order and that I need to contact my doctor to have him send a refill order to the pharmacy. So Walgreens managed to lose a refill order in 10 days that they received electronically from my doctor and now I'm out of medication. If you actually need your prescriptions filled, go to a different pharmacy. This one apparently doesn't fill prescriptions!
