I have a new grand baby they never have the formula we need I love the store but I have to go across town to get I just wish they would stick the shelves better.

I order on app and pick up its so easy I also use digital coupons and the paper ones I get in the mail! I'm all about saving money and the gas point you get its unbeatable!!

Cross Street Market Place has many things to offer - Payless being the main one. There is a nail salon, hair salon, dollar store, Pizza Hut, and more. You can get several errands done at once if you visit!

The shopping center wasn't crowded. Plenty of parking and easily accessible.

This is the best Pay-Less (Kroger) location in town.

Thank goodness Payless at Cross Street has curbside service! You can order easily on their app, select what time you want to pick it up, and they do the rest!! No fees! Good for people who can't walk far, the elderly or if you're in a hurry.

I am a vendor that comes to service the magazines here at the Cross St location and I do enjoy going there, they are friendly and the store has a great atmosphere!

It was clean, well stocked and had more food than any other Payless in town. You can take your time the lines were not long. The people working were very nice and helpful

I go here to get my prescriptions and my favorite part is being able to walk up to the window outside to get them. There isn't a drive through which could be a bit of a bummer for some but the walk up window serves its purpose and allows you to enjoy a beautiful day if you dont want to go inside! This is a remodeled store and I just love the look and feel of the inside. When we do go in to shop we can always find everything we need and then some. Absolutely love the Kroger brand private selection products!

It's okay... Process are Little high

After all the remodeling of the store it has been interesting learning where everything is again but the employees are always very helpful and friendly about helping me finding items when I have trouble doing it on my own. The fresh paint and new look on the walls looks really good and makes the grocery store feel more inviting to shop at!!!! Plus I am always finding great sales on most of the items I buy on a regular basis!

The Starbucks was amazing! The cashier lady was quite rude but that's life sometimes... and u wish you had grapples all year long! But loves the Halloween decor!
