Harbor Freight Tools

First time here and i found some really great deals, specifically on batteries and cleaning tools. Staff was friendly and check out was quick and efficient.

I couldn't find an oil pan I was looking for so I flagged down the manager. He was very helpful and verified there was no oil pan in the area I was at, went to the back to look, and then provided some further suggestions on where to find an oil pan in the surrounding area. I didn't expect that much help and it was refreshing to have. The tools I did buy here worked well and the price was good. I would come here again.

When low quality, cheaply made, brand tools, at cheap prices, will work in place of higher quality brands, you can't do much better then Harbor Freight!

I enjoy this store and have always found the employees respectful and courteous. Many quality tools and affordable. The ad coming to your mailbox is nice and so is the membership for added discounts. Let's hope this Harbor Freight is around for a long time to come.

Purchased the 10 x 10 shed. It is comparably built like the 10 x 20 covering (which I own). It is well built and easy to put together. I am hoping it keeps my winter stuff from the garage safe from the winter. I want to add that the associate that helped me was very accommodating and was able to follow through with a request that saved me money and made the purchase an easy one for me. H F is a very good store to get some things at a savings with confidence in the product.

I like shopping at Harbor Freight. I always take coupons to get freebies if I'm going to purchase something anyway. The prices are quite reasonable and there are a wide variety of items. Handicap parking and handicap accessible. Restroom available. Staff is nice and they are very knowledgeable. Actually located in Town n Country Shopping Plaza, lots of parking.

Always great to get to a Harbor Freight store. This one is easy to get in and out of with plenty of out front parking. The prices and selection always impress me. If you get by one, you have to stop in.

This place always has the tool I need ,for every little project I my have.

I just wanted to make sure I gave the store manager Steve the credit he deserves. Last week was my first time shopping at the store, never knew it was there somehow, and I visited quite a few times because the supplies/tools I needed were cheaper there. After a few visits I had an issue and called the customer service on the tool instructions for help. Without prompting from me, Steve contacted me, went above and beyond to be sure I could get my job done and even checked on me the next day. I’ve never had such honest and caring service at a retail store. Steve is knowledgeable and kind. Thank you for the help.

Love those place, I just wish I had the time to use all the tools that I buy here. The staff have always been helpful. They're great at finding the coupons that you need but you can't find.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff!

I went to this location on a Sunday less than an hour before their closing time. I have worked in retail in the past and I know this is the most difficult hour to work (closing on a Sunday), but I had no choice in this case. You would never know from the staff, they were efficient and helpful. I bought a larger ticket item that required assistance and I had no problems finding help. Of course I am glad that Harbor Freight exists but this review is more of a thumbs up to the employees at the Mishawaka location. Great job!

Have been here many times and have always had a good experience. The visit I had today the cashier Sam went above and beyond helping me out with my purchases. Ended up saving over $100 because of different discounts. I highly recommend coming here.
