As we entered the store, we were greeted by Staci. We came in looking for recliners. Staci let us try several recliners each with a different manufacture. Staci was NOT pushy. Staci was friendly, knowledgeable, & competent of all her items. She was quick to answer all our questions. Staci was great. Our delivery men were Al & Kennedy, they were also very competent, respectful and on time. They did a fine job. Thank you for GREAT service from beginning to end!! Great experience.

Excellent shopping experience! Very patient - answered questions and was there when I needed them, but let me look around alone, unlike some other furniture salespeople. Order arrived earlier than predicted. Super quick and friendly delivery. Will continue to support this quality local business and encourage you to do the same. And now for a nap on my new couch😴

I walked in to look around for recliners, this was the 2nd store I tried in Plymouth. Within 30 minutes I purchased one on sale and in my price range btw and then it was delivered in less than an hour! Talk about service. Thank you Banfich.

This project began with the return of original twin beds used by the Duke and Duchess of Windsor when they visited Culver, Indiana in the late 1940's!
Marilyn Banfich steered me in the right direction to complete a difficult renovation, beginning with restoring these beds, which were in very poor condition.
Marilyn was always encouraging , never pushy-even when I lagged behind in the timing.
She made the project SO very enjoyable, and was such a delight to work with. (I'm looking for another chance to work together, because I had FUN working with Marilyn).
