Byerly Tent Rental

Byerly installed my garage doors about 15 to 16 years ago. My wall pad quit working today and I called and ask the woman how I could get it replaced. She said she would have Tom call me. About 1/2 hour later, he called and I told him what was happening and he said he would see if he had one in stock. About an hour later he was at my door and came in and replaced it. And he didn't charge an arm and a leg to fix it !!! All this was in a time frame of under 2 hours. In a world when we have all quit expecting customer service, I can say they really went above and beyond. Great business!!! I have already told 3 people about the great service !!!!!

Byerly Limited is a Fabulous group of people to work with. We highly recommend them! A big tent was our first thing to book and make our family farm wedding date official. We got a 60 x 90 tent with beautiful window sides, tables & chairs for 250 people, and an extra large 16x32 dance floor. The customer service with this company is top notch and all their rentals were so kept up and clean. We are huge fans of Byerly tent rental! Thank you for helping make our wedding day a dream come true!

Byerly helped create a remarkable experience for our wedding in June 2019. This family run business went out of their way to accommodate us and helped in any way they could. Due to the amount of rain we had in the Spring, we weren't able to place the tent in our first location. Chris was so patient and worked with Jen (through a few tears!) to find a suitable secondary location on the property. We couldn't have been working with a better team and we will refer to them any and all potential clients! We were in contact with their company for over a year in advance of our wedding and their customer service was second to none!

The gem of Alexandria. Byerly is the text book model of small business in a small town in America. I've dealt with Byerlys for close to twenty years. Tents, chairs, and storage units. I haven't had a bad experience. Most of all I've never heard anything bad about him in conversations with others in the community who have dealt with him. As far as community service, I'm sure I don't know the half of it.

This company was awesome to work with! I had so many questions for my event and they were ALWAYS helpful and happy to help me. As for the crew, they were professional and got the tent up in no time. I was thoroughly amazed of how they did it. All of my items were delivered as agreed on. They also had really reasonable prices ( as I shopped around) I would Definitely recommend this company!! *****
