Tyler was great, helped us find a hard to locate bracket for our 04 Sterling that was no longer being manufactured by dealer. Without his help we may have needed to try to fabricate something, definitely wouldn't have been an easy or cheap way. Thanks again Tyler !!!

I ordered a replacement fuel tank for one of our trucks. As expected, because of the weight, the shipping cost was pricey, which is the norm. The next day, I received an email from them that the shipping was going to be less than expected, and refunded us a significant portion of it. I was impressed, in my experience having a lot of stuff shipped, no one does that.

I purchased a side window for my Terex CTL and only paid $250 + ~ $35 shipping, in comparison to $650 +~$65 shipping for a new one. The window was complete and in perfect condition except needed cleaning which was to be expected, since it was just removed from an existing similar vehicle. The item was shipped on the day estimated and was safely packaged to avoid damage. I’m very pleased with price and performance of this dealer/supplier I will buy again.

The team at Vander Haag's installed a flatbed on one our trucks and did a fantastic job, did it quickly and on schedule and they charged me the amount that they quoted. We're happy customers!

The customer service and exact product that I needed made the experience great. Although the shipping cost was a little high @ $35, but I couldn't find the part anywhere so it was a must by for my truck.

Our business was having no luck finding a replacement grille for our 2000 Sterling.. everyone I called said they couldn’t help me..basically, they didn’t want to go through the hassle of finding the right replacement or perhaps due to their lack of experience/knowledge of what would or wouldn’t work, since the truck parts are no longer being manufactured. These guys were able to look at our photos and knew exactly what we needed.. the grille was shipped across country on a Thursday and was there first thing Tuesday morning!! Everything fit like they said it would and we will be using them again should the need arise!!! Thanks again for your patience with me guys.. I definitely wasn’t sure what my boss was asking me to find!! ~ signed, a very thankful admin.

These days is very hard to get parts for the truck and this is perfect alternative option they have a lot of used parts and they also sell new parts.

I ordered a part and was told it would take 3-4 weeks to be delivered and it showed up at my house in 4 days , I was shocked and thrilled that it came early and it was the correct part I ordered ! I will use this company again when i need parts .
