First time taking my Honda CRV here. Very reasonably priced and when I asked about future maintenance needed he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Will definitely be using them for my car maintenance needs. I called and they were able to get me in the next day. Great customer service.

I've had them work on my vehicles every time service was needed. Brakes, tires, oil change etc. Excellent customer service.

On 8-16-23 I found that my 2015 f150 had been damaged by rodents while in my driveway. I spoke with Mary at Alexandria Toal Car Care and was told to I could bring it straight in. It had a bad miss, but limped to the garage. Nathan soon discovered considerable damage to wiring, etc., nuts and rodent nests. Nathan was able to expertly fix my truck and along with Mary, worked with my insurance to cover most of the repair costs. Truck runs as perfectly as it had prior. Couldn’t be happier with the results.

We were on a road trip from Kansas City to Toronto and had a little mishap on the road. The friendly folks at Alexandria Total Car Care took care of us in no time and allowed us to continue on the trip with our issues resolved. Highly recommend!

We had such an incredible experience here! The staff here is friendly and competent and they were so FAST! We dropped the car off one morning, they fixed what needed to be done and we had it back the next day. We will definitely come back for future needs and are thankful for the service we received!!

I was on my way to my mother's funeral on a very hot and muggy day passing through Alexandria when I hit an object in the road. My tire started losing air pressure fast. I pulled into Alexandria Total Car Care and told them my situation. Changing a tire on a Silverado in dress clothes on a very hot and muggy day would have been miserable. They jumped on it immediately, plugged the tire, and sent me on my way. I asked what I owed and they said nothing and were glad they could help me in such a difficult time. Alexandria Total Care Care was literally a God send to me that day!

Had them do breaks and rotors and tie rod ends. They had my car in fast and worked with me on. The stuff was very nice and helpful. For anyone needing work done go see them

I had a sudden and urgent repair needed with my car and was able to walk in on a late afternoon and get the car in and in less than 24 hours they had me back on the road again. They definitely earned a new customer with me. I hope to be using them going forward!

I have taken my car to Alexandria Total Car Care several times. They are always friendly and willing to answer any questions I have about my car, especially Nathan. I have not had any problems with the work done on my car and it is always ready when they say it will be.

I left my car with them today and they fixed up my rotors, brake pads and my loose caliper in a good amount of time and I was happy that they allowed me to use my own parts to lower the price. I will definitely come back in the future with my car troubles.

Nate has always been upfront and more than helpful with questions or concerns Ive had with my truck, or any other vehicle Ive called about. More than one occasion that Ive just dropped off a vehicle after hours, due to an emergency situation, then called left msg, and by time I call him next morning, HES ALREADY ON IT!!! Never once have I felt ripped off, or questioned anything Nates told me. Nate Hollingsworth is the only person, and place Ill ever take my truck💯

They were very kind, and helpful with my car troubles. My battery light came on, and they were quick to assess the problem, and help me with an alternator replacement. Very friendly and nice people!

My car has been acting a little funny last week or so. I dropped it off at Total Car care today and they had everything taken care of and repaired by the time I got off work. Great service, great people, great work and fair prices!

If you’re in this area, there is no place possible that could do better work, or nearly as fast. Had a truck towed over that I had bought locally and they tuned it up, repaired three brake lines, replaced a gas tank & sending unit in TWO days. The truck runs like new. I was able to drive it two hours home trouble free, after it had sat for three years. EXCELLENT work, and cost was very reasonable for all of the work they did.

I've brought my cars in many times and they always do such a good job fixing everything! Highly recommend!
