First Farmers Bank and Trust

I've never had a problem at the Greentown branch of FFBT. The employees are helpful and considerate.

When I first opened my account, I was young and inexperienced with money. I opened an online high yield savings account and transferred money to it from my checking account at First Farmer's. I made an error and overdrafted my account, incurring a $25 fee. I called in and explained my situation and FFBT was kind enough to forgive my overdraft because it was my first error.

The bank that I use, fast service but I have felt that one of them there is normally rude so I normally try to go to the downtown Kokomo one, but the rest of the employees are nice here.

I try not to go to Greentown branch. This is where we opened our acct. but if I go in there without my husband, they do not know me. My name is spelled
Lu Ann and for some reason they can't recognize a space in my name. After 11 yrs I get somewhat frustrated. I have started going into Kokomo to do my banking. My rating at 2 different FFBT in Kokomo would be 5 stars.

I opened an acct here because it's the only bank in Greentown. The people workking are RUDE with a smile on their face every time I go inside. they are never busy, but sure let me know what a HUGE inconvenience my being there is to them. I don't have loads of money in my account, so I'm no threat when I say I'm closing my acct, but I hear the same comments from individuals as well as business owners here in Greentown. Someone with the power to do so should Fix this. Customer service at McDonald's is more accommodating and polite, and most of them are teenagers.... 🤔

They close earlier than what their hours state.

Awful to do that, especially when you're rushing to get there by close, and they've taken it upon themselves to close early.
