KFC

3 times thru window pick up. Order was correct, Looked good, and tasted like Colonel Sanders always insisted. One time, thru lack of help at last of covid, only 2 ppl there,( 1 was owner) I gave an ample tip at window for she was ran hard but very professional, kind, and still kept sense of humor and smiling. That and good food is what we want. Inconveniencies can be accepted if they show us they want us there and willing to work hard. The owner offered substantial money off on order because of delay. No way. You offered,apologized, and kept that smile. I was from Virginia and now live so. In and will order their bowls etc. Great food

Usually, this is just another drive-through; however, this visit was extraordinary!! The young man serving at the window was a breath of fresh air- he carried on a conversation and made my visit meaningful! He is the reason I returned so quickly, and sure enough... he was still happy and kind! Don't lose this guy, KFC. Your business needs him!! By the way, your chicken sandwich is good, too!

The food was great but the chicken were small pieces and the price was good

Food is always hot and our order is always accurate.
I believe several other drive through restaurants could learn alot from this place.
No matter what drive through we go to, our order is almost always messed up. So sad when you have to check the bag before driving away.
We can always count on this KFC in Washington, IN.

Food was very tasty, fresh and hot.. the eating area was really cold.. but the overall cleanliness was good... I'll be returning in the future.

Although I do not eat here as much as I'd like my most recent experience went above and beyond my expectation the woman at the window was so very nice and helpful and explain to me that there was a 10-minute wait for the tenders that I had order and I need to add that I did order quite a bit of food so a wait is to be expected but instead of just informing me of the wait and carrying on with her day she also offered me a discount which was a pleasant surprise and then the woman that brought my food out to me was also just so very nice and pleasant the food as usual was amazing packaged very nicely hot and delicious I don't have a single complaint I wish I would have got the name of the woman at the window though because she really did go above and beyond and it is really appreciated

The restaurant was very clean with nice decor. Speedy service and great food.

The food was amazing and the inside of the Washington, IN store is totally redone and it looks wonderful and the service was very friendly and great!!!

Everyone there was nice and Desiree made sure I had what I needed , even came to my seat and asked if everything was ok .

Food was excellent! They were very busy and it went quite quickly. I'm pressed compared the last few times.

They took care of customer issues promptly. I appreciate it. They had my chicken wings order wrong. They fix it quickly
