Really appreciate their kindness to tech doofs like me!😻 They were not able to help much with my Chromebook, but maybe now they have the training for them. Everything else was great! They keep Hubbies old dinosaur running - how, l do not comprehend!

Someone else reported issues with repair prices doubling. Give PC Source a budget and they will not cross it without contacting you. Tech can be full of unseen issues. They will respect your parameters.

Hubby's laptop had a glitch that the tech on site solved in less than 5 minutes! So friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! PC Source is such an asset to our community! Been doing business with them around 9 years.

I had an issue with a fan that was noisy. It was checked out, it was in stock and replaced the same day!

Called in in the morning to inquire about whether or not they have the connectors I needed in stock, they did and set it aside for me and I was able to go pick it up after work. Knowledgeable courteous staff!

Friendly, helpful. Didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need.

Got most of the stuff u need for computers but pricey

These people are crooks. They charged my mom $300 to put in a 1 TB Solid State Drive in a old decrepit computer that really only needed to be cleaned up of viruses. They took advantage of an elderly lady who had no idea what they were talking about and only uses a computer for email. They never should have even suggested such a thing to her. I cannot fathom how people like this can sleep at night. Disgusting!!

Absolutely terrible service. I needed my hard drive replaced with one that has more memory. They replaced my hard drive... WITHOUT a bracket. The new hard drive was loose in my computer, subject to damage and loss of data. They knowingly returned my laptop (without telling me) and charged the price of the hard drive as well as approximately $60 for labor or whatever. Really? Do your job properly. This is not okay.

Also, when confronting the guy about this issue, he acted like fixing it was not their priority and he had no idea how long it would take for them to fix it.

I had to order the parts to bracket it myself, and have been out a computer for the entire first week of grad school classes, and probably next week as well. I am very disappointed with this service.

I called looking to purchase ethernet jacks, wall mount faceplates, and 100' of cable. I got the parts, and went to do the cable run. I then discovered that the faceplates were keyed and the heads were not. I wound up at Lowes where I bought the same parts for two thirds the cost.

Started at one price and double before I received my laptop back. I would not refer them for any Pc work. Sorry but truth :(
