Great and friendly customer service here. Heather took good care of me and also Suzi the assistant manager. Great job ladies! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, renewed both my drivers license and plate. Thank you for the good experience. Well worth the trip from Warsaw.

Honestly, I had a great experience here recently. The service was quick, she was very helpful and considerate. I feel like people expect miracles from these employees and when they can't perform one instantly they're horrible people. Sometimes we may run into a rude employee, but stop acting entitled and let them do their job. Thank you for making my son have a good first experience with the BMV!

Walked in and my number was called immediately. Took care of my renewal in an extremely timely fashion. The person taking care of me was very knowledgeable, very professional, and wanted to be sure any questions were answered correctly. Clean, pleasant, and appeared to have employees that take pride in their job and their facility.

Got in quick. Didn't have all the needed documents, but the clerk was nice enough. Back I go later this week....

Well run, staffed fully, smooth operations and representative I talked with explained my problem to me and offered solutions. Was about a 15 minute wait, but not an issue.

I really don't understand the bad reviews. I have always had a great experience. The key is to be PREPARED. Have several types of ID, Do not have shady looking paperwork. If you cannot speak, read, and write English bring a translator. This is America our main language is English. We were originally controlled by England. If we were originally controlled by Brazil the native language would be Portuguese. The people working here deal with morons all day. They are simply just trying to get you legal for the road.

I had a great experience with the bmv. They checked to see if I had everything l needed and asked about my insurance policy number and gave me time to call to get the number so I could get the renewal done in one trip.

It went fairly quickly and the staff was helpful and professional at the same time. I would say it was an all-around good experience.

I can’t say enough good things about Lisa at the Plymouth BMV . We purchased a boat and trailer from Michigan and was finding it hard to get all of the required documents but Lisa was patient and was able to help us complete all the paperwork. She definitely went above and beyond . We are so thankful for her knowledge of her job and professionalism !

Went in to get driver's license renewed i was the first one in and it only took about 10 minutes and I was walking out, they were super friendly and very professional I had a very pleasant experience
