Osborn's Minimart

I went into the minimart to get some ice tea and a coffee and I was looking at the donuts and thinking I would love one, but I don’t know how I can carry it. I have a cane because I’m disabled, but the sweet girl working saw me looking and said, “would you like a doughnut”
and I said “yes but I don’t know how I’m gonna carry it.”
she got me the donut
put it in a bag
got me a lid for my coffee
helped me take it to the counter, and told the cashier to be sure and put my things in a bag to make it easier to carry! Talk about customer service! I don’t know her name, but I’m gonna find out and call the manager!

You better call Jared and tell him he better bring back my torch now.

I stopped in and got two newspapers and some awesome donuts. I had a great experience!

NOTES:
Over the past few months your store has been very haptic. I was there one day and there was no pop cups and very little ice, so I asked the attendant shantel was her name she looked me straight in my face and said " I don't have time to fill them " and them proceeded to tell me where they was and said get it your self. Then when I asked if they was outta ice she said she refuses to fill the ice said go to subway to get my ice ,Then went right back to texting on her phone. In that same visit another customer came in cuz he was having problems with the pump, she asked him if he was stupid its self explanatory and told him to just read the pump its tells you step by step on how to pump gas.. I have been in there and she has her kids there same with another attendant named amber. To be honest the only time I come in this store is ONLY when attendant Kris and attendant Jeff works them two are so respectful always smiling and very friendly . Them two are always working on something in the store. One time I came in and poor Kris was stocking the ciggeretts and I was shocked to see about 50 empty cartons on the floor, I asked if they was having a special or something and she said no, as usual morning people did nothing on her shift she tried covering by saying she must have been really busy but honestly she and amber are the rudest and mean attendants you have. I'm not the ONLY customer complaining about them particular. I am being the voice for. At least 20 poeple.
