The facility is well organized and my unit was available to do a walkthrough. I felt comfortable with the entire process. What a great experience we had for purchasing our next RV from RV Dynasty. Everyone is so friendly and willing to assist you. Our salesperson Cameron was outstanding from day 1 and the 1st call we made. He had an excellent attitude and willing to help and make sure we were happy with our purchase and experience all along the way. Micah in the service department was also excellent with us and willing to help all along the way and made sure we had a great delivery experience. We drove 1,400 miles from Florida and I tell you their price and attention to service made it well worth it. Cleaned out mud dauber from furnace and is working again. Replaced shower skylight that had cracks in four corners on 2022 Winnebago spirit 26t. Original seal was defective. Indy Auto Source sold this to us one month ago and Craig Miller stood behind his 30 day warranty. Highly recommend RV Dynasty and Indy Auto Source. Wife says the cleanup crew must have had the day off.

I had a great purchasing experience at RV Dynasty. Sales, financing, and service were all great to work with. I live in Florida but was shopping online and found RV Dynasty. Their prices were very competitive so I ended driving 800 miles to Indiana to buy my new RV. I highly recommend you check them out if you’re in the market for a new or used RV.

So drove 7hrs one way for the purchase. Cameron was my sales person and did a great job with all the details especially so far away. The service team stayed as we were late due to dang Chicago and still offered as much time as we needed to be comfortable with the camper before we headed back home. If you're buying a camper give them a try, you won't get dinged with hidden charges and get a very fair price.

Just bought my 2nd camper from RV Dynasty a few weeks ago. I wanted to say the experience was as good if not better than my previous one. Cameron was patient and well versed on every camper he showed me and there were plenty to look at. The personal touch they put on taking care of their customers was noticeable form being greeted upon arrival all the way to the orientation/walkthrough when I picked up the new camper. We recently purchased our very first camper from RV Dynasty and it was a great experience. Dawn, our salesperson, was very kind and patient with all our questions and concerns on our first and second visits. When we came to pick up the camper the servicemen did a walk thru with us on how to operate everything. He seemed a little new to the process, but if he didn’t know the answer to our question he called over to get help from someone who did. We didn’t purchase the weight distribution hitch from RV Dynasty, since they didn’t carry the Anderson brand we wanted, so they were understandably unable to assist us while we installed it, but they were patient with us during this process and even offered my husband to use a tool he thought he forgot. We just thought everyone went above and beyond to make us feel relaxed, comfortable and not rushed from beginning to end and that is priceless.

I have already recommended RV Dynasty to many of my friends. Even if it’s a bit of a drive for us (we live in Indianapolis), it’s been worth it to feel like you aren’t just a number but they really seem to value you as a customer. Although we love our cute camper, I’m sure we will be back for not just for regular maintenance and service but maybe even an upgrade someday! Thanks again, RV Dynasty!

After looking at different toy haulers at shows, online and even going straight to dealers, we found the model we needed at RV Dynasty in Bunker Hill, Indiana. The Wolfpack 355pk pk14 has a 14ft garage that can safely hold our almost 10 ft long Can Am Spyder with room to spare. After working with Cameron and the rest of the sales staff, we confirmed the deal and my wife and I made the 1,050-mile trip from central Florida to central Indiana. When we arrived late Thursday afternoon, we did a quick walkthrough to confirm the items our inspector had found were corrected. After a restful overnight stay at the local Best Western in Kokomo, we arrived back at RV Dynasty at 9 AM Friday morning for the orientation with Micah and final paperwork with Kodi. We then headed south and stopped in Kentucky for a couple of days to visit family and try out the camper. On Sunday we headed south for the long trip back to the Sunshine state.
When we got back home to our 55+ community, many of our neighbors asked why we went so far away to buy it. I simply replied that "eggs are cheaper in the country."
Shopping online for such a major purchase (AND SIGHT UNSEEN) was more than a tad stressful, but the crew at RV Dynasty made it a very pleasant experience.

Great RV dealership. All of our communication with the sales person was done by phone and text. From making sure the unit was on the lot to making our deposit, was smooth. Service department had everything ready to go for us on the day we picked up the unit. They fixed everything we asked them to and was ready for the road.

I purchased a Winnebago Hike 100 from RV Dynasty. They were easy and fair to work with. I bought the trailer sight unseen and a few hours after delivery, we noticed some damage- it was unclear where this originated from, but Brock with RV Dynasty was attentive to seeing this issue resolved. They worked with the manufacturer to have parts shipped to me so I could make the repair myself. We hear lots about dealers saying "yes" to make the sale then going silent afterwards- this was not my experience with RV Dynasty. I would not hesitate to recommend them to someone looking to purchase an RV sight unseen.

It was a great experience over all. I did most of my buying and original paperwork online over the phone and everyone was super helpful and great to deal with then,and especially when I actually came to look at the camper for the first time and when I picked it up just a great experience all the way around. I would highly recommend Rv Dynasty l..Cameron,Zach,Seth, and Brock were great to deal with great attitudes and willing to answer any and all of my questions and all very patient.

During my RV search, I visited numerous dealerships in Indiana and RV Dynasty was by far my favorite. Their prices were noticeably lower. Each person I met is sales and service was friendly, knowledgeable, and focused on my desires. Very happy with my buying experience at RV Dynasty.
