Very pleased with the responsiveness of the service team at Oliver Ford! Travis O’Neal has been excellent to work with - was quick to give me his cell and tell me to call him directly. When I asked if they could detail my vehicle, he let me know they don’t offer that service - but they could schedule it with a local company and take it over there - it was a nice added touch!

Great place but not the best at answering calls

Can't get them to answer the phone or return a voicemail. Have not gotten any updates or information about my car that's in the shop there that was supposed to be looked at a week ago.
