Fantastic service, installation and pricing. Kevin was are sales rep and he was wonderful helping us select the new carpet along with getting it installed when we wanted it. The two installers were friendly, quick, and truly knew what they were doing. We would highly recommend this carpeting store.

I volunteered to coordinate a flooring project at my church and I cannot praise Selby, Bill and the installers at the Carpet Barn enough! They installed flooring in the sanctuary, fellowship hall, multiple rooms, and the main hallway.... this included three different selections of carpet tiles, broadloom carpet, and luxury vinyl plank flooring.... They worked within our budget and their installers were top-notch professionals. They took great care in centering the pattern in the carpet when installing in each area, lining it up perfectly on the edges, finding the best transition going from one type of flooring to another.... it was obvious they truly care and take pride in their work. The Pastor, Elders, Deacons, and our entire congregation are so happy with the way everything turned out and I felt so blessed to be working with men that truly cared about giving us a good product at the price we needed and working with us in every way possible. They exhibited consistent patience and kindness; anytime a problem or concern arose, they were there to put their shoulder against ours and figure out a solution. We have nothing but thankful hearts toward this business and wish them all the best!

They were so helpful and were good at helping ous pick carpet and padding with a great insurance that we could afford.And the men who put it in did a great job.

Average prices, sales lady was not completely knowledgeable in all the prices. We went somewhere else and bought carpet there. They messed up the order too. If you want good carpet and great service pay the money and stick with Demote carpet

Made an appointment for carpet measurements and no one showed, no one called. Even spoke with store manager on the day of service and we were told he informed estimator about appointment that day. Very unprofessional. This was after we spent money on flooring for another house just 2 weeks earlier. Can't depend on someone when multiple employees drop the ball. Won't complete either house with this store.
