We needed assistance with determining the cause of a mysterious ongoing shower leak an older couple's home. Sue from the office was extremely kind and accommodating when taking my call. Michael went out for the service call and actually GOT IN as if he was taking a shower. By going this extra mile and getting himself wet in the process, he was able to determine the cause that several others before him had not and made a repair to resolve the situation. I am super happy with their service and their care for the customer. I've worked with many companies over the years and would recommend them to anyone.

About five years ago we used this business to review/redo our newly purchased house wiring. Just now I'm realizing I can write a review. Mike had amateur fellows doing the best they could, and they were pleasant enough but very slow because they really didn't know as much as they should have. We got charged the hourly rate for two fully trained electricians (which they were not) and we are sorry we picked that company.
