After getting new insurance and being able to return as a customer here, and a terrible experience with midwest eye; eye physicians is hands down the best vision center in kokomo. They got me in and out for a diabetic eye exam (from check in to out) in 45 minutes total. All staff was extremely kind and made sure I was okay when I started getting dizzy/woozy. Doc and assistants explained everything to me and got me scheduled fast for an actual vision exam to get glasses (something I begged midwest to do and they refused). Genuinely good people here that care about their patients and are knowledgeable!! THANK YOU♡♡♡

Also want to add, they have lots of COMFORTABLE seating and are accessible for us fat people!! ♡

The whole staff that I interacted with there were absolutely amazing. The receptionist was even able to help with looking up my medicare info cause I realized I had recently lost my card and was awaiting a new one. Dr was so friendly definitely will be going back for all things eye related. Great job all if you.

Service was impeccable! Staff was friendly and made us feel very welcome. My daughter and I were shown great compassion and manner. Dr. Wild and assistants explained what they doing and why. I would hate to have to go anywhere else.

All the staff was absolutely great...very friendly. ..I arrived promptly at my scheduled time..no waiting..immediately sent me back to see the Dr..Dr Swindler was very polite and very professional..made me feel so comfortable..I would definitely recommend him to all my family and friends!

I have gone to Eye Physicians for many years. I am very careful about anything concerning my eyes and had heard only good reviews about them. Dr. Wild is very courteous to patients, very patient and thorough. I had some serious issues and he took care of them while making me feel very comfortable and calm. I highly recommend him.

It was my first time seeing Dr. Kassenbrock and I must say, she was phenomenal. She took her time to explain what was going on with my eye condition which my previous NEVER did. I’m so impressed that I’ve already told several co-workers they need to go see her! The staff was nice & friendly too. Very pleased with choosing them.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Even during this challenging time, COVID-19 pandemic, the staff was warm and welcoming. The staff used extra care ensuring my personal safety and wellness along with their own. Dr. Swindler and his staff is always explains the process and takes time to answer my questions. When it came time to pick out my new frames (I wish I could remember her name) picked out the perfect frames for me. I highly recommend the Eye Physicians!

I had an amazing experience at Eye Physicians Inc.! The staff were friendly, helpful, and timely. Dr. Swindler was very informative and personable. He was conscious of my concerns and answered questions with compassion. I would absolutely recommend Eye Physicians Inc. to a friend!

It is a decent commitment of time (about an hour process) because the office is so busy but the staff and Dr. Wild are great. I wouldn’t have resolved my issue with my eyes for many days if not for a visit with Dr. Wild. He is great! I was sick with many problems at once after vacation and he had the staff get me into a primary care appt (I just moved home from Virginia and didn’t have one yet) — Carley was helpful and Mallory called 8-9 different places trying to get me in to see a doctor that day. So thank you for genuinely caring about more than just my eyes! Highly recommend this office!

It has been awhile, since I had the privilege to sit @ a fine dinner table on my visit with Eye Physicians!! They were so kind-spirted, as before.. I had a very nice, young lady that did the test on me, she was very professional & hospitable!! When I asked her questions, she answered them. Beautiful lil' Lady! Didn't have to wait long at all. Very nice and very clean. Everyone was very professional. Explained what they were going to do. Explained the test and procedures going to be performed. I was a little nervous. But the staff was very considerate.

Dr. Swindler & staff are great! Very friendly! There was an oops in scheduling though; had an appt for my daughter and me, but when I went in they only had my appt down. They squeezed her in with me thankfully. There was what seemed to be an unusually, untypical long wait. Never had that problem before though. Highly recommend Eye Physicians

Dr. WILD Is the best eye physician I have ever gone to. I have been going to him over 15 years. He has done cataract surgery on both my eyes. He takes his time with you and is very thorough. He answers all my questions and is so very nice. I couldn't imagine ever going to anyone else. He truly cares about his patients.

Dr. Swindler went above & beyond to care for me, my eyes & my health issues related to my eye problems. He was very caring & compassionate. He listened to my concerns & explained everything in detail. The nurses were also very sweet & caring. They all took very good care of me.

I was completely happy with my new patient appointment with Dr Dinn and his staff starting at the front desk and all the way to the check out counter! Allie was very efficient and friendly at the beginning of my exam and Dr Dinn and Kelly were very thorough and informative during the exam. Overall, it was a great appointment!

I’ve been going to Dr Dinn for several years now. He’s always so informative and thorough. He goes out of his way to make sure you’re comfortable. The staff is always so kind. I absolutely love Eye Physicians and recommend them to everyone.

I was referred to Dr. Swindler. They got me in quickly. He did a thorough exam and reviewed results with me. I will follow up with him to resolve my problem. I was very satisfied with both Dr Swindler and the staff.

Absolutely love doctor wild. He did my lasic and was wonderful. But I will say, one of their receptionist was extremely rude when I called to get an eye appointment this morning because I cannot open my eye. I had to cancel my 2nd follow up appointment for my lasik because I have 3 kids with no sitter & husband that works everyday but Sunday and had just had a hysterectomy so I was not up for a 2nd follow up appointment. She tried to belittle me for not rescheduling. She said that's not her problem and i still have an obligation. Yet we paid in full for the surgery so I had no obligation after that. She acted like she did not even want to schedule me an appointment because I did not go to that follow up even though I already had one and I had called to cancel the other one. It's not like I left them hanging and just didn't show up. Most unprofessional response I have ever had from someone & absolutely zero compassion or understanding.

Talked to Dr wild after the incident and he was extremely apologetic & said it is being taken care of. He squeezed me in this afternoon to have my eye checked out. 1000% recommend him. Wonderful person & great eye doc!

I have been a patient of Dr Dinn for several years and have always been treated by him and his staff in a courteous manner. I am very satisfied with the medical treatment received. I intend to request an appointment to discuss receiving new glasses in the near future.

Had a routine vision exam. After being checked in, I waited less than 5 minutes before being taken to an exam room. The exam was thorough and all the staff were courteous and informative. I felt like they valued my time--I spent very little time waiting during the whole appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Wild and Eye Physicians at the Kokomo office.
